The scale was pilot tested with approximately 200 social work practitioners. Reliability analysis was performed to examine its psychometric properties. Summer 2007 Principal Investigator Perceptions and Variations in Settlement Experiences of Zimbabwean Professional Immigrants in the United States Conducted qualitative interviews with Zimbabwean immigrant professionals to learn about their experiences in the U.S. 2005-2006 Graduate Research Assistant., School of Social Work.
