Developed and submitted institutional review board proposals, conducted participant assessment, data collection, management, and analysis, conducted the experimental protocol, and trained research assistants. 08/07-08/09 Research Assistant: College Women s Perceptions of Dating and Social Situations: An Examination of Differences in a Diverse Sample. University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM This study investigated the differences in the dating experiences in a culturally diverse undergraduate sample of women. Alcohol use behavior in the last thirty days as well as risk estimates and estimates of the possible consequences of potentially risky social and dating situations were also examined.

2 Lenberg 2 Assisted in data collection, maintain lab protocols, data collection, management, and analysis and train and supervise undergraduate research assistants. 01/07-08/08 Research Assistant: Native Americans Recovered from Alcohol Dependence University of New Mexico-Center on Alcoholism, Substance Abuse, and Addictions (CASAA) A NIH study examining the experiences of Native American/Alaska Native people who have either overcome a problem with alcohol or are still struggling with alcohol dependence. Assisted in data collection, maintain lab protocols, create and maintain research databases, and assist in project recruitment. Conduct assessment and qualitative interviews with Native Americans. Principal Investigator: Kamilla Venner, Ph.D. 05/07-08/08 Research Assistant: Psychological Functioning and Drinking Styles in Native American and White College Students University of New Mexico-Center on Alcoholism, Substance Abuse, and Addictions (CASAA) Development of the research protocol, development and submission of institutional review board proposal, assistance in the development of the survey, participant recruitment, training of undergraduate research assistants, and collection and analysis of data.
