PRODUCT INSTALLATION 1.1 After downloading the (.MSI) from the website, located the downloaded file and double click the file to begin the installation. 1.2 Click Run to start the installation process, please ensure that no applications are open prior to beginning the install. 1.3 The prompts will guide you step by step, outlining the installation. Press Next to continue installing the application. *User may be prompted to install prerequisite software prior to installation of ClinTest Automation Suite. 1.4 The Installation Folder menu will then provide details of the application installation: 1.4.1. Browse Allows a user to select the folder path for desired installation directory. *Default Path Suggested 1.4.2. Disk Cost Provides disk space information about the computers current capacity as well as the required space for the Installation. *Note: The space required for the installation is not the entire amount of space needed to run the application (see section 1). 1.5 Click Next to install ClinTest TM Automation Suite. 1.6 Once the installation completes close the installer and then click Yes to restart the computer. 1.7 Double-Click on the ClinTest TM Suite Shortcut that is now located on your desktop. 1.8 Retrieve the Activation Request Code for your specific feature (Web and/or Voice) and send to the RealityCorp support or your RealityCorp designee. 1.11 ClinTest TM Automation Suite will detect if your system has the required software for the Web and Voice features. HP QuickTest Professional must be installed separately. To install the ASR component, Click Install and a new box will appear: 1.11.1. I want to download the required installation file automatically radio button will download the necessary ASR files from the RealityCorp servers. 1.11.2. I already have the required installation file in the following location radio button will install the ASR (.zip) from a specified location (local). *Note: This (.zip) file must be received from a RealityCorp designee prior to the installation if downloading is not an option. 1.12 It will take a considerable amount of time to download and install the ASR component due to the size of the installation file. If you have any issues accessing the file over the internet please contact RealityCorp support or your RealityCorp designee. *Ensure that no applications are open prior to beginning the install. 1.13 Once installation is complete, a dialog box will let you know that the installation completed successfully, click OK. PRODUCT EXTENSION 2.1 In order to extend your product license to more than the 30-day trial period, navigate to the Tools menu in ClinTest TM Automation Suite and click Features Manager. 2.2 Send the Voice and/or Web Extension Request Code to RealityCorp support or your RealityCorp designee, and input the activation code provided to you and click Extend. PRODUCT DEACTIVATION 3.1 In order to deactivate ClinTest TM Automation Suite, navigate to the Features Manager. 3.2 Click the Deactivate button under the associated feature that should be deactivated and the following box will appear. 3.3 Click Yes and the features manager will populate with a Deactivation Confirmation Code. Please provide RealityCorp support or your RealityCorp designee with the Deactivation Confirmation Code. Once you have deactivated the application the Activation Code will no longer be valid for ClinTest TM Feature.
