ADDRESSDOCTOR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SCHEDULE This Product Description Schedule governs the usage of AddressDoctor Software, Cloud Web Services and Content shall be read together with and as a component part of any Agreement with AddressDoctor or its partners into which they are incorporated by reference. DEFINITIONS Address is a human-readable and human-interpretable description of a delivery point to which mail or other physical objects can be delivered. AddressDoctor Cloud means the internet-based services developed by AddressDoctor based on the Software Libraries for use with the Content Affiliates means any entity directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Customer, where control means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an individual, corporation or other legal entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise. Agreement means the relevant license or other agreement signed between AddressDoctor and the Customer Content means any and all address data, records and structures included in and associated with AddressDoctor Products as further detailed in the General section below. The rights to the postal reference data and any other data contained in the Content remain in all cases with the AddressDoctor and/or the Content Supplier(s). Content Supplier is a third party, often a postal administration or postal operator that has provided AddressDoctor with data to be included in Content. Content Update is a new version of Content containing updated, improved or enriched data. Disaster Recovery System means an independent, stand-by implementation that is brought online to support critical business continuity processes if the primary production system is rendered inoperable. Documentation means the documents, manuals, specifications, technical data and any other relevant information or material, memorialized in any form or media, provided by AddressDoctor to the Customer Exhibit means the Transaction Schedule signed between the Parties documenting the products, quantities, prices of Software Libraries, Cloud Web Services and/or Content purchased. False Negative is a result of the processing of an Address by the Product(s) where no correction is made while a knowledgeable human is able to make a correction. False Positive is the result of the processing of an Address by the Product(s) where the correction or suggestion is not identical to the correct response as determined by a knowledgeable human. Instance is a single copy or installation of the Software. Lab means use of the Software solely for development, testing and/or quality assurance purposes in a non-production environment. Server means a single server computer of any size of a type supported by AddressDoctor products Software means the AddressDoctor products licensed to Customer pursuant to applicable Exhibits or product order forms entered into under the Agreement Software Libraries means the suite of software products developed by AddressDoctor for use with the Content. Trademarks shall refer to all trademarks, trade names, service marks, symbols and logos, which AddressDoctor or its suppliers may at any time license, own, use or register with respect to the Product(s) or other products, which may be updated from time to time by AddressDoctor in its sole discretion Transaction is defined as the validation, correction or completion of a single Address via AddressDoctor Cloud Web Service Cloud Web Services means the internet-based services developed by AddressDoctor based on the Software Libraries for use with the Content. GENERAL LICENSE TERMS AddressDoctor has developed the Software Libraries and Cloud Web Services based thereupon which are supplied under the AddressDoctor brand or are incorporated into other products by AddressDoctor s integration partners. The AddressDoctor Software and the Cloud Web Services provide search, validation, correction, formatting and related functions for postal addresses and address elements worldwide. This functionality is based on the Content.. At present, the Content reference database contains information from up to 246 countries and dependent territories (including information such as postal codes, localities, sub-localities, PO boxes, streets, names of buildings, building numbers and provinces). The following general terms apply to Software and Content referenced on the Exhibit: Subscription Licensing Notwithstanding any wording to the contrary in the applicable software license agreement Software and Content are always licensed on a temporary subscription basis and is not made available on a perpetual license basis. Transfers. Unless otherwise agreed in the Exhibit, the Software and Content may only be installed in the country referenced on the Exhibit Recovery. For each Software Libraries production license and/or Content purchased by Customer, Customer shall receive a Recovery which entitles Customer to use one (1) recovery instance of the Software and/or Content, installed on a stand-by server either not running or running in stand-by mode, at no additional charge in support of a Disaster Recovery System. A stand-by server can also be activated to support production when the primary server is down for scheduled software or hardware maintenance. Customer is permitted to synchronize data periodically with the stand-by instance. At no time shall the production and recovery instances of the Software and/or Content be running concurrently as active production environments. A Recovery does not include installations that are deployed as a hot stand-by or active stand-by production systems. There are fees associated with such installations. AddressDoctor software does not provide or enable database, file system and/or server failover mechanisms General for use of Content NB. Content is contained in Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscriptions, AddressDoctor Cloud Web Service Transactions, GEO Coding Option and Customer Segmentation (CAMEO) Subscription. Content is based on data compiled by the Content Suppliers and licensed to AddressDoctor for sublicensing to its Integrators and Customers. AddressDoctor is entirely reliant on the Content Suppliers for the Content and in certain circumstances AddressDoctor may be unable to provide additional Content Updates or renewals of Content subscriptions owing to restrictions imposed by the Content Suppliers. Owing to the size of the Content reference databases, AddressDoctor can only check the accuracy, completeness and up-to-datedness of a small test subset of the Content. Owing to time and economic factors, more extensive checking of the information by AddressDoctor would make it commercially impossible for AddressDoctor to create a reference database of this type. The number of countries included in the Content and the number of countries not included may vary from Content Update to Content Update if some of the Content Suppliers alter the terms of their licenses or if the Content ceases to be available to AddressDoctor for resale. A current list of supported countries is accessible on the AddressDoctor Web Site at www.addressdoctor.com. In addition to the terms set forth herein, the Exhibit and in the Agreement, certain Content Suppliers impose certain fixed and nonnegotiable terms and conditions that AddressDoctor is obliged to impose upon use of the Content ( Pass-through ). The Passthrough are available on request in writing or at www.addressdoctor.com/en/support/download.html#2. By using the Software, Web Services and/or the Content Customer (i) acknowledges having received and reviewed the Pass-through (ii) accepts the terms of the Pass-through unconditionally and (iii) understands and accepts the Pass-through terms may be varied and/or augmented in future by the Content Providers without notice. Any queries in regard to the Pass-through terms should be addressed directly to the Content Providers. Content Providers may from time to time require additional terms and conditions to be signed by the Customer and Customer agrees to do so immediately upon request or cease use of the Content. AddressDoctor does not offer Subscriptions or Subscription pricing for a longer term than one (1) year unless confirmed by the Content Suppliers and explicitly agreed in writing, therefore for the avoidance of doubt if a Customer acquires multiple subscriptions in one transaction, they are multiple one (1) year subscriptions for a period of one (1) year from purchase and not a multi-year Subscription. Content may be used solely for internal use, to supplement, adjust or enrich Customer s existing address data. Notwithstanding anything in the applicable license agreement to the contrary, use and benefit of Content is restricted to the single legal entity named on the Exhibit A unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. No other use of the Content is authorized by AddressDoctor. Except where set forth VERSION 28 Page 4 of 10

otherwise in the Agreement and/or Exhibit, Customer may not deliver the Content to any third parties whatsoever without the prior written permission of AddressDoctor nor use the Content to provide a service to third parties. Customer may not make copies of the Content except for the Recovery referenced above. AddressDoctor and/or the Content Suppliers may audit use of the Content on behalf of its licensors to ensure Customer s usage is in accordance with the Agreement. To this end, AddressDoctor may request from Customer and make information on Content use available to the Content Suppliers at any time. AddressDoctor and/or its licensors reserve the right to use data Seeds. This may involve the inclusion of a limited number of dummy records, to ensure Customer s use is in accordance with the Agreement. It shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement if AddressDoctor s or the Content Supplier s records indicate that any Seeds received any communications undertaken by or on behalf of the Customer or with the Customer s consent or knowledge. In the event of misuse of Content by Customer, Customer may be required to pay additional fees. Customer shall be fully liable for any and all additional fees arising due to misuse of the Content including but not restricted to any fines, penalties, damages or other fees payable to the Content Suppliers or third parties.. AddressDoctor may pass on Customer s contact details to the Content Supplier for use in the event that the Content Supplier wishes contact Customer directly for audit or any other reason whatsoever. AddressDoctor has compiled the Content using data obtained from third parties. In collating this data, AddressDoctor has applied the best possible care and made random checks to ensure correctness, completeness and validity of data. However, it may be possible that Content may be incorrect, incomplete or invalid. AddressDoctor accepts no warranty in this regard. Except as provided for under local law, neither AddressDoctor nor its licensor(s) accept liability for the accuracy or quality of the Content, which is used entirely at Customer s own risk. Both False Positives and False Negatives may occur. All Content and accompanying written materials are provided as is without warranty of any kind. Address matching and correction may generate incorrect results because fuzzy logic and algorithms are used. Further, AddressDoctor does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use of the product or written materials, in terms or correctness, accuracy, reliability, recency or other qualities. No Trademarks used in the Content may be used or reproduced by Customer for any purposes whatsoever. Customer agrees to sign such documentation as necessary for Content Suppliers in accord with these restrictions. Customer must not systematically query the Content in order to create a copy of the underlying reference databases. In case of a breach of the foregoing, Customer already agrees to pay at least EURO 50,000 in damages. It is incumbent upon Customers to prove that any actual damage was less and in the event the damages exceed this amount they will be payable in full. The Content contains the intellectual property of the Content Suppliers and is licensed to the Customer on an annual basis subject to payment of the applicable fees to AddressDoctor. The Content remains the intellectual property of the Content Suppliers at all times. Similarly, the Customer s own data and databases shall remain the property of Customer. If one or more addresses from the United Kingdom were processed by the Customer, the Customer acknowledges on base of this contract Royal Mail to directly enforce all terms against the Customer relating to the postal reference data. Employees and representatives of Royal Mail are authorized to inspect applicable accounting and Content at the Customer s site during general business hours and after adequate advanced notice in order to control the compliance with clauses concerning Royal Mail s data. Data Protection: The Customer shall observe the provisions of European Data Protection directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Communities of 23 November 1995 No L. 281 p. 31) as enacted in the legislation Customer s country of use as well as any other applicable data protection or data privacy legislation applicable ( Data Protection Legislation ), and in particular recognizes that if the Content is combined with additional data to create personal data, the Customer shall be considered the Data Controller for that data, in accordance with the terms of the Directive. AddressDoctor accepts no liability whatsoever for any breach of any applicable data protection legislation arising from or related to the Customer s use of the Content. and General for use of Software Products Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscriptions Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription enables batch and real time standardization and validation of address data at an address, city, state, zip level of granularity. The Premium Address Cleansing and Validation subscription includes the following: Required postal reference dataset(s). VERSION 28 Page 5 of 10

Premium Address Cleansing Country and Validation is available for the following individual countries: Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States*. Premium Address Cleansing and Validation is available in the following regional country packs: Global Pack, North American Regional Pack, Central America Regional Pack, South America Regional Pack, Western Europe Regional Pack, Eastern Europe Regional Pack, West Asia Regional Pack, Middle East Regional Pack, Eastern Asia Regional Pack, Oceania Regional Pack, and Africa Regional Pack. Premium Address Cleansing and Validation is available in the following sub- regional country packs: Central America Sub- Regional Pack, South America Sub- Regional Pack, Eastern Europe Sub- Regional Pack, West Asia Sub- Regional Pack, Eastern Asia Sub- Regional Pack, Oceania Sub- Regional Pack, and Africa Sub Regional Pack. Note: Country detail per Regional and Sub- Regional Country Packs are available from AddressDoctor upon request. Country, Regional Packs, and Sub- Regional Packs availability are subject to change without notice. Note: Unless otherwise agreed in the Exhibit, the United Kingdom Premium Address Subscription database is limited to a maximum number of three hundred (300) Users Note: Unless otherwise agreed in the Exhibit the Republic of Ireland Premium Address Subscription database is limited to a maximum number of twenty (20) Users. Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription is licensed on a subscription, country, regional or subregional basis. Premium Address Cleansing and Validation can only be used in conjunction with software licensed by AddressDoctor or its authorized third party integrators. Use of this subscription with other data quality or data cleansing software or tools is not permitted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, for each Subscription acquired, the Customer may install one (1) copy of the Content. Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription is offered on an annual basis subject to payment of an annual upfront subscription feeif Customer chooses not to renew the subscription, Customer must notify AddressDoctor in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current annual subscription period, and Customer must cease use of the subscription and destroy all copies made thereof in whole or in part as of the last day of such subscription period. Upon request, Customer shall certify to AddressDoctor that it has done so. Premium Address Cleansing Country Subscription. This subscription is licensed by individual country. Customer must purchase a subscription for each country it wishes to license. This subscription comes with a country database used to standardize address data and generate metrics for the country license purchased. Address validation granularity may vary by country. Note: The "US Premium Address Subscription" CERTIFIED databases may only be shipped within the US due to USPS restrictions. Note: To obtain the United Kingdom Premium Address Subscription database Customer must fill in a form provided by the Content Provider for the United Kingdom. This form can be found in the Pass- Through Note: To obtain the Republic of Ireland Premium Address Subscription database Customer must fill in a form provided by the Content Provider for the Republic of Ireland. This form can be found in the Pass-Through. Premium Address Cleansing Packaged Subscription. This subscription is licensed by regional or sub-regional country groups. Customer must purchase a subscription for each regional and/or sub-regional group it wishes to license. This subscription comes with country databases used to standardize address data and generate metrics for the countries included in the license purchase. Address validation granularity may vary by country. Mappings and logic must be built by Customer. VERSION 28 Page 6 of 10

AddressDoctor Cloud Web Service Transactions The AddressDoctor Cloud Web Service Transactions provides the functionality to parse, cleanse, validate and standardize global address data. AddressDoctor Cloud Web ServiceTransactions is available with a SOAP interface for direct integration Cloud Web Services Transactions are licensed for either Batch/Certified or Interactive/FastComplete Transactions. Batch/Certified Transactions permit submitting batches of addresses for validation; Interactive/FastComplete Transactions permit use in reviewing returned suggestions and selecting specific results. Web Service Transaction AddressDoctor offers access to several Cloud Web Services for processing and enrichment/enhancement of postal addresses via the Internet. The following general terms and conditions are valid for the Cloud Web Services Transactions as well as for any application software based on these Web Services such as: AddressDoctor for Excel Data Quality Center Postal Code Lookup. The Data Suppliers have authorized the use of their data with the AddressDoctor Software Libraries and AddressDoctor Cloud. However, they have limited their liability to AddressDoctor with regards to completeness, correctness and up-to-dateness of their data. Most Data Suppliers, nevertheless, endeavor to provide regular updates of their data. AddressDoctor also regularly updates the Content that the Software Libraries and AddressDoctor Cloud are based upon. In most cases the updates are performed monthly, provided new data is available. A current country list is accessible on the AddressDoctor Web Site The terms and conditions for Cloud Web Services are set out here http://www.addressdoctor.com/uploads/media/web_services AddressDoctor_01-2013_EN.pdf ( Cloud Web Services ). By using the Cloud Web Services and/or the Content Customer (i) acknowledges having received and reviewed the Cloud Web Services (ii) accepts the Cloud Web Services unconditionally. The AddressDoctor Web Service Batch/Certified or Interactive/Fast Complete Transaction subscription is purchased based on the number of address validation Transactions a Customer performs over a term of one (1) year. This is an annual subscription and unused Transactions will expire at the end of the term. Also when using the Batch Web Service a minimum of ten(10) Transactions is charged for each request, even if only one address is transmitted with a request. Cloud Web Services for address cleaning and correction are based on the AddressDoctor Software Libraries and Reference Databases. The Cloud Web Services offer the possibility to check postal addresses for correctness and completeness. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are corrected or completed by using the Software Libraries and Reference Databases where this is possible. Some Cloud Web Services provide suggestions for correction or completion if the input data is ambiguous. In addition to the service of address cleaning and correction, the Cloud Web Services provide further services separately or in combination. The use of these services may require separate Conditions and payment of additional fees. AddressDoctor for Excel: The AddressDoctor for Excel Add-In is Software for Microsoft Excel developed by AddressDoctor that enables the processing of postal addresses stored in an Excel worksheet. Data Quality Center: The AddressDoctor Data Quality Center is a browser based Web application that not only allows correcting postal addresses but also offers identification of potential duplicates in an address file. To process the Customer s addresses, a file is uploaded by the Customer and stored on the AddressDoctor servers. The Data Quality Center offers a Data Audit. To provide the Data Audit, the Customer s data is analyzed and a report is generated. This audit may be free of charge, but AddressDoctor reserves the right to limit the number of audits per Customer or the number of addresses analyzed per audit. Postal Code Lookup: The Postal Code Lookup offers to complete incomplete address data input. VERSION 28 Page 7 of 10

AddressDoctor reserves the right to make improvements and changes to the Cloud Web Services and to the service interface at any time. Should a new interface be incompatible to an existing interface, AddressDoctor will support the existing interface for at least 3 months after the new interface was introduced. In addition to the services provided under the domain names validator2.addressdoctor.com and validator5.addressdoctor.com, AddressDoctor may offer additional systems for purposes of load balancing and system availability or may make further computer systems available as the case may be. AddressDoctor reserves the right to assign a Customer to a specific system. AddressDoctor strives to ensure the performance of the Cloud Web Services. As long as no special agreement has been made, AddressDoctor does not guarantee a specific performance or response time of the Web Service systems. The Customer acknowledges that the response time of the system also depends on the transmission speed of the Internet and the Internet access used by the Customer. Any statements with regards to speed or processing times are of general nature unless anything else has been agreed to in writing. In case of the services Change of Address and deceased check, the protection of personal data requires, where appropriate, the execution of separate contracts or the acceptance of Third Party s and Conditions by the Customer. In order to access the Cloud Web Services, the Customer receives an Account ID and a password. When using the Interactive or the FastCompletion Cloud Web Services (processing of a single address by means of a Web Service request), the Customer may use multiple simultaneous connections (even from different computers) with the same Account ID. When using the Batch/Certified Web Service (automatic processing of multiple addresses by means of a Web Service request), the Customer may use only one connection from one IP address at any one time. If the Customer uses the Batch/Certified Cloud Web Services simultaneously from more than one computer, he already agrees that the Transactions will be charged as if done via the Interactive Web Service. Postal Code Lookup applications based on AddressDoctor Interactive/FastCompletion technology whereby the Customer offers a service to its service recipients by telephone, mobile telephone, PDA, on the Internet or through other technical equivalents which allows a service recipient to obtain addresses or postal codes for such service recipient's own personal use, are prohibited. Transaction Types The Cloud Web Services offers three (3) different transaction pool types; Batch/Certified, Interactive/FastCompletion and Geocoding. - Batch/Certified Transactions are for sending in a single, complete address and receiving a single response. - Interactive/FastComplete Transactions allow for a partial address entry and will return multiple responses for the user to pick from. - Geocoding Transactions are to be used in conjunction with Batch/Certified Transactions. Users will need to have at least as many Batch/Certified Address Validation Transactions as Geocoding Transactions to append Geocodes to their addresses. Geocoding works with Batch/Certified and Interactive Address Validation Transactions. Fees and Payment In case of Interactive and FastCompletion Cloud Web Services, a transaction may consist of more than one request to the AddressDoctor server. In case of Batch and Certified Cloud Web Services, each request will be considered as a transaction. In some cases the processing of a single address may require more than one transaction. The scope of a transaction is described in the price list and in the order form. In addition to the transactional charges, further charges may be incurred depending on requested services. These additional charges are specified in the current price list. Web Service requests for address enhancements are charged in accordance with the terms of the respective service provider. Usage will be charged either based on the volume of requests or per enhanced address. Address enhancement will only be performed for addresses, which obtained a certain status code during the process of address cleaning and correction. Charges for address enhancements are to be paid in addition to the charges resulting from address cleaning and correction. The charges are specified in the price lists. a) by paying a monthly basic fee and a fee per Transaction (Pay-as-you-go). The basic fee per month will be billed in advance at the beginning of the respective month. The fees per transaction will be billed in addition at the end of the respective month. b) by paying in advance. Prepaid Transaction packages are available in various volumes with a duration of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase AddressDoctor may provide the Customer with a certain number of free Transactions for demonstration and test purposes. The Customer agrees not to use the processed output that has been obtained by using the demo and test Transactions for any production/commercial purposes. If this clause is not observed, the Customer agrees to pay a fee of 10 times the price of the loaded transaction package. The price will be calculated based on the price list valid at the time of processing. The ownership of the input data remains with the Customer. Transactions made available to the Customer for demonstration and testing purposes can be withdrawn or locked by AddressDoctor without warning, with immediate effect and at any given time AddressDoctor uses the services of a third party to monitor the availability of its systems. The current status of the system can be queried via a link provided on http://validator2.addressdoctor.com or http://validator5.addressdoctor.com (or any other replacement domain provided by AddressDoctor to Customer). AddressDoctor shall remedy defects in its technical systems as quickly as possible within the scope of existing technical and operational possibilities. The Customer agrees not to check the availability of the system himself by sending PINGs or empty requests. Further commitments regarding availability of the system beyond those mentioned in the price list require a separate written agreement.. Customers are expected to follow frequent and appropriate backup routines to protect against loss of their data. AddressDoctor shall not be liable for any loss of data delivered to AddressDoctor or processed through the AddressDoctor Cloud. AddressDoctor provides the Customer with an Account ID and at least one password to access the Cloud Web Services. The Customer acknowledges that others, who gain access to this information, may use the AddressDoctor system. Therefore, the Customer will keep this information confidential and only allow access to those employees, contractors or agents who need to know about this agreement or need to use the system according to this agreement. AddressDoctor offers SSL access to its Cloud Web Services in order to ensure that the Account ID and passwords are transmitted securely. If the Customer does not use SSL encryption he bears all resulting risks. GEO Coding Option Subscription GEO Coding Option Subscription is an annual country subscription that provides co-ordinates down to interpolated house number level. The subscription is updated twice a year. Current countries available: (Interpolated Geo Codes) Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Rep., Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, India, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, North American Regional Pack, Panama, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States (US), Venezuela. GEO Coding Option Subscription is licensed on a per country per Instance basis and such license can only be purchased in support of AddressDoctor Software Libraries. Customer agrees to sign such documentation as necessary for local postal providers/licensors in accord with these restrictions. GEO Coding Option Subscription requires a Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription which is licensed separately. Point Address GEO Coding Option Subscription Point Address GEO Coding Option Subscription is an annual country subscription that provides coordinates down to Arrival Point or Parcel Centroid level. The subscription is updated twice a year. Current countries available (Point Address Geo Codes): North American Regional Pack,: United States (US), Canada, Finland, Mexico, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Slovenia, Sweden and United Kingdom. Point Address GEO Coding Option Subscription is licensed on a per-country per-instance basis and such license can only be purchased in support of AddressDoctor Software Libraries. Customer agrees to sign such documentation as necessary for local postal providers/licensors in accord with these restrictions. Point Address GEO Coding Option Subscription requires a Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription which is licensed separately. Note: Unless otherwise agreed in the Exhibit, the United Kingdom Point Address GEO Coding Option Subscription database is limited to a maximum number of 200,000 database lookups ( Transactions ). It is the end-user s responsibility to keep track of and restrict their usage internally and if necessary, to acquire additional license(s). UK Point Geo Codes are Parcel Centroid only. AddressDoctor Software Library The AddressDoctor Software Library provides the functionality to parse, cleanse, validate and standardize global address data as well as append geo-coordinates and consumer segmentation information for specific countries. The Software Library is available with a C and Java application programming interface (API). The API handles 40 different character sets, supports over 240 countries with support for language transliteration in seven (7) countries. This license includes a single Lab for development, testing, and/or quality assurance purposes Software Libraries The Software Libraries are licensed for a single Server, may be restricted to a number of users and the relevant quantities of such shall be set out in the relevant Use Exhibit. Unless otherwise agreed, the license granted for the Software Libraries is perpetual. Perpetual licenses to the Software Libraries will not terminate and shall remain valid in perpetuity for the version of the Software Libraries installed at the date of termination. Address validation reference data subscriptions licensed by AddressDoctor (at least one country) are required. Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription is an annual country subscription that provides consumer segmentation and demographic information based on an address. Current countries available: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Phillipines, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States (US). Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription is licensed on a per-country, per-instance basis and such license can only be purchased in support of AddressDoctor Software Libraries. Customer agrees to sign such documentation as is or may be required by local postal providers/licensors in accord with these restrictions. Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription requires a Premium Address Cleansing and Validation Subscription which is licensed separately. The results/codes provided by the Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription are based on a Right to Use license. All results/codes and any other data whatsoever obtained via the Consumer Segmentation (CAMEO) Option Subscription must be deleted within seven (7) days if a current subscription is not maintained.
