Morgue refrigeration unit The Morgue refrigeration units are made of sturdy, self-supporting walls, floor and ceiling elements. They are delivered in separate components and are to be assembled on site to a sturdy system by means of slot and key joints and integrated galvanized hook fasteners. The Cell components are manufactured in a sandwich building system, made of 80 mm CDC-free polyurethane rigid foam. The surface of the morgue refrigeration cells is manufactured of white powder-coated galvanized steel plates. The floor is manufactured in the same manner. Optionally, the complete cell or single parts (e.g. the front part) can be delivered with a stainless steel surface. All doors and hatches are individually lockable. A doors and hatches have a emergency opener from the inside. All fittings and locks are made of high-gloss chromium-plated brass. The morgue refrigeration cells are made in a modular size and are available with large doors or individual hatches. A combination of large doors and small hatches is also possible. The produced cells are made for use at an in-room temperature of +2 C. Upon request, the cells can be delivered at a maximum refrigeration temperature of -25 C. Stainless steel body tray LM 80/100 The body tray serves to accommodate, to store and to transport bodies of deceased. A seamless deep-drawn, extremely rugged structure of ground stainless steel (material no. 1.4301 -ANSI 304) without welded corners and edges on the inside ensures perfect cleaning. Lift- and transport truck HTW 51/130 with 12 Volt Hydraulic unit - Completely of Stainless Steel The lift- and transport truck has a rugged, torsion-resistant frame structure, completely made of stainless steel with integrated 12 Volts hydraulic unit for vertical adjustment enables easy handling. The vertical adjustment is controlled via an UP/DOWN foot switch. A key-actuated switch prevents unauthorized operation and serves simultaneously as EMERGENCY OFF switch. A maintenance-free drive battery ensures a constant power supply. Moreover, the unit is supplied with an separate electronic rapid charger. 4 steerable solid rubber wheels, 2 of them lockable, 1 enabling locking as regards to the direction, diameter 125 mm with special roller bearings, permanently lubricated and maintenance-free, which ensure an absolutely noiseless movement. The low deadweight permits straightforward shunting and operation of the lift and transport truck. A special valve ensures even lowering at various loads. A stainless steel roller track comprising 5 carrying rollers of corrosion-resistant material and plastic coating has been arranged on top of the truck. A holding device secures the body tray or coffin plate lying on it. The slide handle of the lift and transport truck can be removed. An anti-collision buffer is mounted to the front end.
