Install Instructions 1. Download EZMeetup from the AVer website: http://communication.aver.com/downloadfile.aspx?n=2821 0A8A954D-ED25-4823-BA4A-C4795CA80EDA&t =ServiceDownload 2. When finish the download process, please execute the setup file, EZMeetup_x.x.xxxx.xx.exe. You can check the MD5 checksum of software (*.exe) to make sure file integrity before you save it in the flash drive. File name MD5 checksum EZMeetup_2.9.1032.35 e3086d69466165f958ea64484192c03c 3. After click OK, a new window will pop out and show the following notice Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer. Click Yes to the next step. 4. After click Yes, another new window will pop out and request your confirm to install EZMeetup on your computer. Click Next to the next step. 5. Please carefully read EZMeetup License Agreement, and click Yes to the next step.
6. After agreeing with EZMeetup License Agreement, you can select Browse to designate the path you want to install EZMeetup if necessary. Of course, you can just click Next to the next step by using the default install path. 7. Please click Finish to complete EZMeetup installation. 8. After successfully installing EZMeetup on your computer, you can launch EZMeetup and enjoy your meeting.
