The WebConnector plugin for Daylite 4 General WebConnector is an additional Daylite add-on of the company OSXpert Ltd. WebConnector embeds a context-sensitive Web browser for contacts, organizations, projects, opportunities and groups in Daylite 4. WebConnector is the perfect Daylite companion for doing research about your contacts and organizations within Daylite itself monitor your contacts websites, blogs and social media profiles (like on FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, XING) or check their current address details on the web to keep your Daylite database up-to-date integrate web-based project-management or collaboration services with a specific project, opportunity or group in Daylite and much more Features WebConnector contains the following features: doing research about your contacts and organizations within Daylite 4 itself monitoring your contacts' websites, blogs and social media profiles (like on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, XING) or check their current address details on the web to keep your Daylite database up-to-date integrating web based project management or collaboration services with a specific project, opportunity or group in Daylite System Requirements OS X: OS X 10.7 or higher Daylite: 4.0.5 or higher WebConnector Manual for Daylite 4-4

Installation 1. To check the Daylite version you're using, go to the Daylite menu and select 'About Daylite' 2. To check your OS X version go to the Apple menu and select 'About this Mac' 3. Open 'WebConnector_for_Daylite4.dmg'. WebConnector Manual for Daylite 4-6
4. Perform a double-click on 'WebConnector.daylite-plugin'. 5. Confirm the following message with a click on 'Install'. 6. To finish the installation perform a click on 'Restart Daylite'. 7. To use WebConnector, you have to do some more steps. See the following chapter 'Purchasing and adding licenses' WebConnector Manual for Daylite 4-7
Purchasing and adding licenses In order to use WebConnector you need to have successfully purchased and added a valid license. If you have not yet aquired a license for this plugin you can do the following: 1. Open your Dayilte application 2. Go to 'Plugins' --> 'WebConnector' --> 'License...' 3. Perform a click on 'Visit Online Store'. 4. The button will open your internet browser and go to our online store 5. Searching people and organizations on websites 1. Open your Dayilte application 2. Select a person or a company 3. Click on the tab WebConnector (1) Previous Page (2) Next Page (3) Reload Page (4) Select 'Search this Contact in' (5) Select internet service (6) Gear (next step) WebConnector Manual for Daylite 4-10
