CENTRAL PRINTING SYSTEM Multifunctional printers (MFP) instruction: A. Log in to the Central Printing System (CPS) B. Copy C. Printing D. Scan and send to an e-mail address E. How to change a language? F. How to print out a document from your PC or laptop? G. Location of multifunctional printers (MFP)

A. Log in to the Central Printing System (CPS) To log in to CPS bring closer your employee/student card to a proximity reader on the right side of multifunctional printer (MFP). System will automatically log you out after 60 s. inactivity.

B. Copy (color) blue means active tab. Tab option: COPY Copy: 1. Exposure brightness settings (brighter or darker). 2. Copy Ratio size of copy (increasing and decreasing). 3. Paper Select change paper tray. 4. Original select size of paper. 5. 2-Sided Copy. double-sided copy. 1. Log into system (bring closer your employee/student card to a proximity reader located on right side of MFP). 2. Place the document under a lid of the device, adjust settings and push Start button. 3. Remove finished copies. Don t forget about your document under the lid! 4. Push LOGOUT button.

C. Printing If you select option on the display BEFORE authorisation, system will automatically print out all of the documents that you have sent to a printing queue. Select documents to print out: 1. Log into system (bring closer your employee/student card to a proximity reader located on the right side of MFP). 2. Choose SafeQ on the top of display, then Print on the left side of it. 3. Choose document that you want to print out and push button. 4. Remove printouts and push LOGOUT button.

D. Scan and sent to an e-mail address To begin scan, choose SafeQ tab ((color) blue means active tab). After choosing SafeQ option, select Scan. Scan and sent to e-mail address: 1. Log into system (bring closer your employee/student card to a proximity reader located on the right side of MFP). 2. Choose SafeQ on the top of display and then Scan on the left side of it. 3. Place the document under a lid and adjust the settings. 4. Choose Scan to email. 5. Push button. 6. Before you leave the device, push LOGOUT button. 7. Don t forget about your document under the lid!

E. How to change a language? 1. Log in to system (bring closer your employee/student card to a proximity reader located on the right side of the device). 2. Push SYSTEM SETTINGS button. 3. Chose Ustawienia Operacji on the display. 4. Then choose Inne Ustawienia. 5. Lastly choose language Angielski and accept it on the top of the display (OK->Tył->Zakończ). 6. Now push LOGOUT button and authorize to the device once again. New language will be seen after log out the system and authorisation to it again.

F. How to print out a document from your PC or laptop? 1. Printing from PC: To print out a document, select an appropriate item from a list of available printers: Print_Color na CW for color or black&white printout Print_B&W na CW for black&white printout ATTENTION: If you can not find these items in the list of printers, push Menu Start, set up and write \\cw Then should show up drivers of printers to install. 2. Mobile printing (laptop, tablet, smartphone): To print out a document, send it as an attatchment from your e-mail account provided by university (sgh.waw.pl domain) to address: print-color@sgh.waw.pl for color or black&white printout print-bw@sgh waw.pl for black&white printout

G.
