Q. During the installation on a Windows machine, I was told that the printer driver was not digitally signed and/or had not passed Microsoft's compatibility tests. Do I need to worry about this? A. You do not need to worry about this. This should not occur on most systems, but could happen if the printer installation is attempting to make use of a file already present on your system. Use of the Pharos printers should not be affected. Q. What should I do if I accidentally submitted/sent an erroneous print job (e.g.: an assignment that has typos)? A. If you submitted/sent a print job but find errors in it before releasing the print job, do not release the job. The print job will time out and automatically be deleted in 2 hours. Q. What should I do if my print job/s was/were stolen or deleted? A. All users are responsible for picking up their print jobs once they are sent to the printer. J. Paul Leonard Library is not responsible for lost or stolen or deleted print jobs. Q. What kinds of printing issues qualify for a reprint? A. Reprint will only be issued for bad print jobs resulting from mechanical or equipment failure such as smeared toner, light print or partially-printed pages, or paper jams that cause damage to the page. For assistance with these issues, ask for the assistant at the Help Desk. Q. I've gone through all the questions, and didn't see anything about my problem now what? A. Please contact the helpdesk for further assistance. Q. Uninstalling the Pharos Software A.
