The Church Pantry is only open from 9 AM - 12:00 (Noon). City Hall's pantry is located in the basement floor of City Hall. For the City Hall pantry you need to bring proof of income and residency. Donations may be made any time Monday - Friday by bringing your items to the Water Department on the 1 st floor of City Hall.
