The facilities of the sporting club are at the disposal of all players. Your fees include the $30 Sporting Club membership for a full year and you will be issued with a membership card once your have paid your fees. Please note you will be asked to produce this card by bar staff to obtain service during the year. Supporters and friends are also requested to become members to support you and the club in 2012. There are dress standards applicable to the club, which must be adhered to al all times. Please also ensure that your behaviour within the club and towards bar and kitchen staff is beyond reproach at all times. No bare feet or football boots are to be worn into the bar. Disciplinary action will be taken against any player reported for misbehaviour on club premises. No credit will be extended to players by bar staff. When parking on the verge outside the club please park at an angle. Parking across the footpath is prohibited by the shire. The Unity club adjacent to the club will be open Thursdays and Saturdays for parking. NB: IT IS AN OFFENCE UNDER THE LIQUOR ACT TO BRING AND/OR CONSUME YOUR OWN ALCOHOL ON THE SPORTING CLUB PREMISES. 2

TREATMENT OF INJURIES Should you sustain an injury at training or during the game, it must be reported to your coach and club trainers and then see your doctor. Absolute respect will be shown to all training staff at all times MATCH DAY ARRANGEMENTS On game day ALL PLAYERS are expected to wear a Club Shirt and be at the ground at the time requested by the Coaching staff. Games Commence at the following times : - Colts 10.45am - Reserves 12.30pm - League 2.30pm Trophy presentations for home games are held at 6.15pm sharp for home and away games in the main bar area. When functions are organised during the year you will be advised when trophies will be presented during the function. Any player not present to receive a trophy will forfeit the trophy GAME DAY DRESS All players must wear WAAFL shorts in 2012. The package includes a photo of their sponsored player up in the clubrooms with details of their business below the photo. Please note, this sponsorship is separate from player fees. If you would like more information, please contact Steven Bertoli. CLUB ACTIVITIES AND FUNCTIONS As a player of the club you it is compulsory you support all organised social functions. If you are unable to attend it is expected that you advise your coach or a committee member. The functions are kept at minimal costs to ensure that most players/partners etc can attend. We would like to remind you that amateur football is expensive and these events help contribute to the running of our club. A draft calendar of social events will be placed around the club. Please also bear in mind that the Swan Athletic Sporting Club supports our football club financially and it is imperative we reciprocate that support. If you have any suggestions that may help in generating attendances or queries on club functions, please see one of the committee members. THURSDAY SELECTION NIGHT All Teams are announced at approx 8.15 pm. It is important that you stay behind after training and wait for the team announcements so you know which grade you will be playing in on Saturday. It is your responsibility to find out where you are playing. 5
WEIGHT EQUIPMENT/CHANGE ROOMS DON T leave ICE BAGS or BANDAGES on the floor after the game or training. Empty and return them to the trainer or use the bin. There is NO SMOKING in the change rooms or club rooms at any time. Weight Room is available for your use, please don t mistreat or abuse the equipment. Please also ensure that you are using the equipment correctly.
