All thematic blocks are realized in English. The thesis is also prepared in English. The programme consists of thematic modules including e.g.: integrated management systems, sales management, controlling, leadership, implementing change, financial management and human resources management in multicultural environment of labour. Methodology of leading the classes The classes are conducted in various forms, which allows to understand individual business processes, to exchange experiences with other participants of the programme, to know the specialists opinions and the latest trends in enterprise functioning. Recruitment Requirements A candidate must present a diploma of completion of higher studies and possess a proven record of at least three years at a managerial position. He/she should also submit two letters of reference. It consists of 3-4 parts allowing to check candidate s level of English, the ability of

logical thinking, ability to perform mathematical operations and ability to work under time pressure (a sample GMAT test is available at Cracow School of Business website, link Recruitment). Possession of certificates confirming the level of English shall not free from GMAT examination. Stage Three: the interview The interview is conducted by the recruitment commission at Cracow School of Business at Cracow University of Economics. Its main objective is to become acquainted with the professional background of candidates, their motivation and future targets. The School pays utmost attention to the appropriate selection of candidates. Participation costs The cost of full MBA program amounts to 10 000 euros. That tuition fee may be remitted in installments.
