The Asset Series The Indian economy continues to be on a growth path, taking in its stride the infrastructural hurdles and global economic challenges of the recent past. This growth momentum provides exciting challenges and opportunities for senior executives to lead, mould and evolve business practices in their respective organizations. Some of these programs are targeted at developing specialized skills that will lead to an Asset certification. These programs are to be conducted by KPMG specialists using quality tools, techniques, methodologies through a combination of conceptual inputs, presentations, discussions, individual and group exercises, case studies, simulations, role-plays and experience sharing that will be followed by evaluation of acquired skills.

This requires specialized know how in utilizing related tools and evaluation techniques, understanding of the business context and personality types and an unbiased approach. Considering the increasing demand and relative shortage of specialised assessors, KPMG is organizing a two-day intensive program to build capability, develop expertise and certify professional ability to undertake assessments. Successful completion of this training workshop as per specified requirements will result in a KPMG Bronze Asset certification. KPMG Asset Certification Program KPMG asset certification program starts from a Bronze Asset and progressively leads up to a Gold Asset certification KPMG ASSET CERTIFICATION Bronze Asset Program BRONZE All participants who complete the training program successfully (basis evaluation), shall be awarded a training completion Bronze Asset certificate An additional project completion Asset certificate can be achieved by candidates who complete a Bronze Asset project (play the role of an assessor in two Assessment/ Development center programs) and submit the project report* within a year Upon completing the above two, a participant would be certified as a KPMG Bronze certified Assessor Silver Asset Program Open only to Bronze certified Assessors SILVER Participants who complete the training program successfully (basis evaluation), shall be awarded a training completion Silver Asset certificate An additional project completion Asset certificate can be achieved by candidates who complete a Silver Asset project (play the role of an assessor in three Assessment/ Development center programs out of which one must be a KPMG engagement), submit the project report* and present one topic on Assessor community forum within a year Upon completing the above two, a participant would be certified as KPMG Silver certified Assessor Gold Asset Program Open only to Silver certified Assessors Participants who complete the training program successfully (basis evaluation), shall be awarded a training completion Gold Asset certificate GOLD An additional project completion Asset certificate can be achieved by candidates who complete a Gold Asset project (play the role of an assessor in four Assessment/ Development center programs out of which two must be on KPMG engagements), submit the project report*, present two topics on Assessor community forum, assess and mentor one Bronze certified Assessor and conduct one Bronze Asset program** within a year Upon completing the above, a participant would be certified as a KPMG Gold certified Assessor. * As per KPMG specified template and requirements **In close association with KPMG People & Change Advisory Services team
