Bi monthly charges will invoiced by Melage srl, the bus company authorized by Ambrit Rome School with the first payment due by September 5 th and future payments by the 5 th of the month. A month s notice is required for termination of bus service and 10% of the remaining bus fee will be charged. *Bus fees are due bi-monthly starting September. Please contact buses@ambrit-rome.com for details on payment schedules, discounts and cost of one-way service. Parents or guardians are responsible for all bank charges incurred for fees sent from foreign accounts. Currencies other than euro are acceptable at the rate of exchange quoted on the date of receipt of payment. Late payments will be subject to interest charge per month. 2

Withdrawal: For Schemes 1 and 2: If a student is withdrawn from the school for any reason, the school must be notified in writing 3 months in advance. The family is still responsible for paying school fees up until the end of the three months notice period. For Schemes 3: Please note that no refunds of school tuition fees are given once the school year has commenced. (See below Advance Payment Policy n.3) Monthly Payment Scheme: In order to enroll and stay on the monthly scheme, payment must be received into our bank account by the 15th of every month, starting in May. Please allow 5 working days for wire transfers from your account. The school reserves the right to change the payment scheme if monthly payments are not received regularly on time. Ambrit Advance Payment Policy: 1) Discounts on school fees with the scheme 3 advance payment is only available for payments made by the date specified (by April 10 th ). Payments received after this date will not be eligible for the reduction. 2) Discounts apply only to complete school years. Families remaining at Ambrit for part of the school year are not eligible for discounted advance payment schemes. 3) If a child is withdrawn from the school mid-scheme, no refunds are given for any school year commenced. Remaining years will be reimbursed in full. 3

Full details of the Payments Schemes can be found on the attached Payment Scheme Schedules page. The Bursar s office is available for any further information required. Please remember to complete the Registration Form and return to the Bursar s Office by March 20,. Every family should fill in the Registration Form and indicate a payment scheme choice or payment status.
