New Analyses The analysis Weighted Modulation has been added to ATP 07 as part of ArtemiS 12 and is useful for troubleshooting devices where modulating tones or noises occur, such as fans and power supplies. The analysis Weighted Modulation determines the degree of modulation of stationary sounds and generates a single value as a measure of annoyance. Fan 1 ( 0.00-10.00 s).weighted modulation f/hz 10k 5k Left : 33.63 25 50 75 fm/hz 125 150 175 200 0 50 100 150 m/% 300 350 400 2k 1k 500 200 100 2/13
New Analyses The frequency weighting of numerous analyses has been extended for the analysis of vibration measurements (W d, W k, W h, etc. according to ISO 2631). z z y y x And the utilization of the computing power of multi-processor systems for calculating analysis results of large sound files has been optimized. z x y x 3/13
RPM vs. Time If a sound file contains more than one pulse channel, it is now possible to display all pulse channels with the analysis RPM vs. time or in the Mark Editor, whereas before it was only possible to select one. 4/13
Additions to the Filter Pool Filter with frequency weightings for vibration measurements (W d, W k, W h, etc. according to ISO 2631) Vector summation e.g. for the determination of the vector sum of triaxial accelerometer signals 5/13
More Improvements in ArtemiS ArtemiS now comes with an interface to your Measurement Data Management (MDM) application, just like the new HEAD Recorder and the new HEAD Data Portal. (MDM is explained in a later slide) For improved operation, the sorting of the insertable elements of the Destination Pool has been revised. The MP3 import/export is now included with the ArtemiS basic version. With ArtemiS 12 the Data Info Dialog has been enhanced. Now the new, more comprehensive HDF dialog can be displayed on demand. (If you press the [shift]-key the former Dataset Information will be shown.) 6/13
HEAD Data Portal 2.0 With ArtemiS 12, a new version of HEAD Data Portal is supplied with many new and interesting features: Compatibility with SQL Server 2008 Express Table Data Viewer for displaying signals and analysis results in a table, e.g. for easy export New import and export functions (e.g. Wave, UFF, ATFX etc.) 7/13
Signal Editor in HEAD Data Portal The new Signal Editor can be used e.g. for muting or cutting a signal section and for adjusting the level of a signal. You can use the Signal Editor in HEAD Data Portal provided that you have the ArtemiS ATP 10 option. 8/13
Frontend Reader A new and improved Frontend Reader is now integrated in HEAD Data Portal allowing the easy read-out of front-end memory modules. e.g. from the DATaRec 4 series or SQuadriga. Prior to downloading, you can arrange your recordings in the desired order. Channel configuration can be done e.g. by importing the xml-file created by the HEAD Recorder for the recording. You can use the File- Viewer of the HEAD Data Portal for a preview of the recordings. 9/13
MDM Interface MDM (Measurement Data Management) stands for a extendable, distributed software system for the management of measurement data. With version 2.0 the HEAD Data Portal now comes with an MDM interface. 10/13
HEAD Recorder 2.0.400 Together with ArtemiS 12 you will get a new version of our recording software HEAD Recorder. The new HEAD Recorder provides several possibilities for remote control via TCP/IP. Thus you could start a recording on your computer (e.g. in a web browser), and then change the recording range or control the channel list on another computer. 11/13
HEAD Recorder 2.0.400 Additional improvements: Faster calibration of many channels Extension of the online display, e.g. XY display and spectrogram with scaling Differentiation and integration of calculated channels Level adjustment for monitoring Support of new hardware (e.g. DIC24X and HEADlab) 12/13
