1. Introduction At epermit system, you can pay for Suruhanjaya Tenaga Processing and Certificate of Approval (COA) fees online via the Internet and receive immediate response from the bank. COA application status is updated immediately to facilitate faster approval process. It completes the application and issuance cycle where you can apply, pay, receive approval, print payment receipt and print COA online. When you have applied for COA and received status to make payment, you can select up to five jobs and send as one payment instruction. Ensure that you have Internet banking account with the following banks before you proceed to make the payment. Internet banking facility is available for Personal and Corporate account holders. 2. Trader/FA User At Suruhanjaya Tenaga menu, Payment Status header displays statuses for payment. Jobs without payment requirement will display as NA (Not Applicable). 2.1. Select Job for Payment 2.1.1. Click on Payment Instruction menu. 2.1.2. Tick the checkboxes to select jobs for online payment (maximum five). 2.1.3. Click on button. 2.1.4. Submit Payment Instruction screen will appear 2.1.5. Select your preferred payment model a. B2C Personal Account (Payment from Personal Account. No security token required) b. B2B Corporate (Payment from Corporate Account. Security token is required). 2.1.6. Click on button. 2.1.7. Click to confirm. Suruhanjaya Tenaga epermit Online Payment 5
2.1.8. FPX payment screen will be displayed. 2.1.9. Select your preferred bank and click Agree and Continue to proceed. 2.1.10. Click to continue to bank s site. Suruhanjaya Tenaga epermit Online Payment 6
2.2. Example of Personal Account (CIMBClicks) 2.2.1. Bank s site will be displayed. Login and confirm payment instruction by clicking Confirm. 2.2.2. 2.3. Example of Corporate Account (BizChannel@CIMB) 2.3.1. The jobs that were selected for payment in epermit system, are listed in the bank s site for the next action. 2.3.2. 2.4. Payment Status 2.4.1. Upon closing the bank s screen, FPX Payment Details screen display the payment status. Suruhanjaya Tenaga epermit Online Payment 11
2.5. Suruhanjaya Tenaga Receipt 2.5.1. In epermit system, successful payment will display the status Payment Completed. A Payment No. is given as reference. 2.5.2.
