Accommodation On-Campus Housing Priority given to non-local students in their first two years of study Hall places allocated subject to room availability Single Rooms--------$25,000- $29,000 per residential year* Double Rooms-------$20,000- $22,000 per residential year* (*about 10 months) Off-campus Housing Students may rent their own accommodation in nearby areas. The rental cost is slightly higher than that of on-campus housing. Rental ranges from $7,500 to $12,000 per month for a two-bedroom apartment depending on the environment, location, view and accessibility.
