Flexible service level contract (SLA's): A contract is established in which service parameters and quality criteria are defined through service level indicators agreed by both parties and subject to periodic revision 2. Shared system for evaluating performance (Performance Measurement Systems): Essential indicators (KPI's) for evaluating the contract through a unique and objective platform that promotes the creation of an open dialogue with the customer. 3. Work group and dialogue committee: To deal with and inform on technical, organizational and management aspects related to the contract s development, in order to introduce essential improvements in service operation through process re-engineering, search for synergies and economies of scale.

Optima facility Social Aid: In the 70s, the United Nations estimated that the resources required to eradicate world poverty in 25 years were approximately 0.7% of the World Gross National Product, 30 years later, poverty far from being eradicated, remains chronic.
