Eliminated historic operating deficits of $3.5 million annually, created positive operating surpluses, and increased net equity year-over-year. Increased retention and graduation rates, doubled undergraduate net tuition revenue, and achieved the highest undergraduate enrollment in the history of the College. Received reaffirmation of accreditation by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Received five commendations including campus-wide commitment to mission, unified vison, and positive faculty and staff morale in the wake of measures necessary to ensure financial stability.
