Scope of services Accounting and reporting We offer outsourcing of accounting and financial services, both remotely at our own premises and on the client s site using its software, and regular deliveries of tailormade reporting. Thanks to comprehensive integration of client processes, we have sufficient information on activities of the client s company and its operations, which allows us to process accounting documents in a suitable manner and deliver relevant outputs for the client s decision-making processes. Scope of services Shelf companies The sale of a Ready Made (Shelf) company allows our clients to start their business in CEE immediately and avoid the relatively long process of establishing a new company. Scope of services Company liquidation Liquidation of a company, ending with its successful deletion from the Commercial Register, is a particular, demanding and relatively long process lasting at least 6 months because of all of the statutory requirements. It requires specific knowledge and experience of the liquidator and his team. ASB is prepared to procure a liquidator and to oversee the entire liquidation process with almost no involvement of the client required, beginning with the actual decision of the partners (shareholders) to enter liquidation, and ending with the payment of any liquidation assets and deletion from the Commercial Register.
