Corporate solutions Aviation leasing We are the leading provider of establishment, accounting and administration services to aircraft lessors, airlines, financial institutions and private equity funds who establish SPVs or operating lease platforms. Capita Asset Services Ireland operates within a controlled environment and also holds ISAE 3402 (SAS 70 II) certification. Company secretarial Our dedicated Company secretarial team based in Dublin has extensive experience in providing a full and comprehensive suite of company secretarial services to more than 1,000+ companies over the last 25 years. This service has grown to meet with an increasing demand in both statutory and regulatory requirements. Our experienced team provides vital support to the directors and shareholders of the company and leaves you to concentrate on strategy and development of the business. The team have expertise in commercial, residential, BTL and SME real estate loan workout. Master servicing and back-up servicing Our solutions include portfolio oversight management and administration, control of cash, data and critical portfolio reports and mitigation of operational risk via back-up servicing. Retail banking We provide full end-to-end servicing for retail (owner occupied and buy to let) mortgage and loan products to both banks and financial institutions. Our core offering includes Primary servicing where we manage day-to-day loan operations such as engagement with customers, collection of repayments, production of statements, managing change requests and general customer queries.
