PwC provided assistance in the unbundling process of a large Hungarian energy distributor and trading company The project included legal, financial and corporate advisory services regarding the restructuring of the company s trade activities and the allocation of supporting functions inside the group, as well as program and change management. PwC was responsible for the financial modeling of the integrated company, focusing on the financial consequences of unbundling the activities by considering different scenarios and the interests of the parent company. PwC saves significant amount of money for leading market player in energy PwC provided complex business and organizational restructuring services for a large company in the Hungarian energy sector. The project included the business and organizational review of three subsidiaries of the company and resulted in the restructuring, procurement optimization and outsourcing of non-core activities, achieving major cost savings. PwC also led a cross-company transformation project including the transformation and optimization of major business units and departments, and the implementation of new processes and systems.
