Razul The combination of radiant heat and the application of Mineral Rich Body Mud, create a rejuvenating yet relaxing experience. Highly effective ingredients and minerals are applied over the whole body by your own hands. The soothing warm room temperature allows the mud to dry, thereby eliminating toxins and inducing relaxation. We ask that all visitors keep noise to a minimum & respect other guests attending the spa by speaking softly at all times. All mobile phones and electronic devices are forbidden. No children are allowed in the spa at any time. Please contact a member of staff with queries about our treatments or policies. We hope you enjoy your Sólás Spa experience. Spa Attire: Bathrobes and slippers will be provided in your locker. Disposable undergarments will be provided for specifi c treatments. Dark swimwear is required for use of the Razul and is also available for purchase at reception. Underwear or swimwear must be worn at all times in the spa Payment: We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel residents may charge payment to their room. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice. Valuables: We recommend that no jewellery be worn in the Spa. We ask residents to leave all valuables and jewellery in the safety deposit box situated in your hotel room. Management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the Spa premises. Important: If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical complications we advise that you consult your doctor before availing of any spa treatments. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are strictly prohibited. Pregnancy: In the interest of safety, please inform us if you are pregnant as it is advised that pregnant women should not avail of any water & heat treatments. For your information: Our spa therapists will be happy to advise on the number of treatments you should plan in a day. Treatments are designed to help you relax. If you feel any discomfort or prefer a stronger or lighter pressure at any time during your treatment, please let your therapist know. We recommend that men shave a min. of 4 hours before a facial appointment. Opening times and prices are subject to change. The spa is for over 16 s only. Cancellation policy: 24 hr cancellation period is required to help us reschedule your appointment or a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellation of any treatment within 12 hrs of appointment time will incur a 100% charge. Reservations: It is advised that you book your appointments in advance, as we do not wish to disappoint. A credit card number will be required at time of booking for a confi rmed appointment. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate our other clients. Refunds: Spa packages must be paid for in advance. Unused portions of packages are non-transferable or nonexchangeable for another time.
