Manchester International Festival Biennial artist-led festival of performing arts, visual arts and popular culture, since 2007, world s first festival of new work MIF13 took place over 18 days with over 300 performances and 250,000 people audience Economic benefit of 38m in 2013 with 3.5% increase in event attendance Based on co-commissioning and partnerships, including private and public sector support
