Coravin Selections The Coravin is a unique device that allows you to pour wine from the bottle without actually opening the bottle. This is accomplished through the use of a pressurized gas system and a hollow titanium needle that punctures the cork allowing wine to flow out and Argon gas to flow in replacing the remaining Oxygen in the bottle.
