EDUCATION 1986 Degree in Psychology (June, 1986) at Salesian Pontifical University of Rome, with 30/30 (Summa cum laude).. 1988 Degree in Psychology (July, 1988) at the University of Rome with 110/110 full mark. 1990 Clinical training (1986-1990) at the Institute for Research on Intrapsychic and Interpersonal Processes, based on Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Therapy.. 1995 Ph.d. (1992-1995) in Psychology at the University of Bologna with a dissertation on Cognitive and organizational determinants in decision making processes. The tutors of the Ph.D. program were prof. University of Bologna (Bertinoro, Italy, 4-18 of July). The school is attended by 24 researchers and Ph.D. students from 10 European countries. The teaching staff is formed by three psychologists and three economists, from British, Swedish and Dutch Universities. 2003 Coordinates and manages the workshop on Firms and consumers facing e-commerce: strategies to increase ITs adoption and usage (Rimini, 11-13 Sept., 2003) organised by I.A.R.E.P. (International Association for Research in Economic Psychology) and the University of Bologna. 2008 Serves in the organization committee of the first Joint Intensive learning Unit (winter school) realised within the WOP-P Erasmus Mundus program. RESEARCH INTERESTS The main research area concerns Decision making processes. Particularly, concerning: 1) Organizational change and innovation (is conducting research on organizational psycho-social determinants of innovations and creativity within Italian SMEs) 2) Technology acceptance (of, among others, open source software) 3) Economic psychology (customer satisfaction and school interventions aimed to reduce obesity food consumption).
