Jan 2007 to Jan 2008: Post Doc Researcher at the University of Bergamo (Italy) developing a research project, under the supervision of Prof. John Burns (University of Dundee) and Prof. Rusconi (University of Bergamo), focusing on the process of institutionalization of Sustainability Reporting. January 2005: PhD in Social and Environmental Reporting at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). Final Grade: Excellent.

2 During the PhD, 21 months were spent as a visiting PhD researcher at Glasgow University doing research at the Department of Accounting and Finance and CSEAR with the support of Prof. K. Mc Phail and Prof. R. Gray. The research focused on exploring the corporate manager motivations for Social and Environmental Reporting of a large corporation. July 2001: Master s Degree equivalent, in Business Administration, University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). Thesis subject: Management and Control. Final Grade: 110/ : High School (Lyceè specializing in scientific studies): 1 st Class honour. TEACHING EXPERIENCES January 2005 to date: Assistant Professor and Researcher at University of Bergamo (Italy)-Department of Business Administration.
