Interior blower fan not working. Remove interior and test fan. 65737 WL307-Inspection/Repairs/Prepare for site - Line bore loader quick hitch attachment, Carry out electrical / mechanical preinspection, renew rear w/lights, remove RH tail ligths, bracket assy, repair corrosion in harness to tail light. Renew front w/lights, horn assy, ground E level E-Stop. Remove & replace faulty front indicators, "P" clip from alternator wiring. Renew UHF radio, AM/FM radio, amber beacon assy, top work lights. Fit bushes to quick hitch and loader frame. Renew rear indicator assys. Pressure test A/C ok, vac down. Renew circuit breaker in fuse box, clean all corrosion from circuit breakers, carry out final inspection. Fit new vent to dash, new control knob to temp control, backing plate to rear light assemblies, co-axial lead plug @ rear of cab. Remove broken bolts from loader frame and fit steer cyl and torque retainer bolts. Drain coolant, repair hole in engine block, c/o air con vents, seat belt, air filters, cab filter, repair mounting block on quick hitch frame, c/o roller on accelerator pedal. Make template for the new battery cover with fire extinguisher. Cut out rust in door and make new panel. New inercooler pipe in, hook up all hyd hoses, pre-start machine, topped up hyd oil and filled up with coolent, put belly plates on. Final inspection, fit chocks. Sand blast door latch components, change out suction pipe, oil filter, modify cylinder guard find A/C fault, remove A/ lines and condensor. Replace A/C condenser & hose, fit new o'rings to fittings, pressure test system, VAC down system for 1 hour, re-fit belly guard. 28/09/2012 Hours 25/10/2012 Hours
