Getting Started Before we begin, please note that only an owner or manager using the agency s administrator account can set up a bank account within Polar Online.

Getting Started The administrator will need to set the permissions for each account. To do so, enter New Reservations within TAHQ and click on Agency Profile. Then select the Polar Online tab next to Site Settings.

Getting Started If you wish to change an account s access, click the Edit button to the right of Approve Bank Payments and submit your changes. Keep in mind that you may or may not want to authorize your agents to make or approve payments.

Getting Started After signing in to Polar Online, select Manage Accounts. On the next page select it again.

Terms & Conditions U.S. Bank Accounts Please read the Terms & Conditions regarding a U.S. Bank account carefully (#1-20). Once you are finished, scroll down and click on I Agree (skip the Payor s Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement ).

Terms & Conditions Canadian Bank Accounts For a Canadian account you will first need to complete and submit a PAD (Payor s Pre- Authorized Debit) Agreement. You will see a copy of the PAD after you have read the Terms & Conditions.

Enter Your Banking Information Click here for additional information regarding the fields.

Enter Your Banking Information Note: You can set up multiple bank accounts. However, a bank account may not be edited or deleted while there are pending payment requests.

Enter Your Banking Information Hit submit once you have entered your information. Then, head back to the main menu to make a payment using your account.

Make A Payment Click Make Payments. You ll have to agree to the Terms & Conditions again.

Make A Payment Enter the account information you would like to use for this payment session.

Make A Payment Find the booking(s) you want to pay. You can use a filter or even create a custom booking list.

Make A Payment Choose a payment option* for each booking and then hit submit. *If you choose partial payment make sure to enter the amount you wish to pay. If full payment is due, you will not be able to choose deposit.

Make A Payment Check your payments. If they are correct check the I agree box and hit Click to Authorize.

Make A Payment If you are unable to authorize the payment(s), contact your agency administrator to approve them.

Make A Payment Once authorized, your transaction is complete. You should see a message informing you All Bookings Successful. Again, if you are unable to authorize payments, an administrator must authorize them for you in order to complete the transaction.
