Of the 230,773,945 total enrollees in these 154 health plans, 104,273,365 (or 45%) are in nonprofit health plans. Fifty-seven percent (57%) of total enrollees (or 132,427,681) are fully insured lives and, of these, 50% come from nonprofit health plans.
