Known Limitations Currently there is no way to link an order created by the express checkout to an existing or new account, so if the express checkout shopper signs up for an account after completing their order, the order will not be displayed. The inactivity timeout for the express checkout shopper to complete their order is only editable through direct database edit Data archiving is not implemented thereforeorders that are never completed during the express checkout procedure will not be purged or archived into a backup table. The express checkout shopper will not be able to save payment method data, view order history or order status. Opening a closed service call in zed Ecommerce, then editing, then saving requires that you synchronize with Business One prior to editing, then synchronize again after saving this will be addressed in a future patch
Troubleshooting If you are experiencing excessively long synch times(5 minutes or more) after the initial synch, consider removing rows from the PRX_Transaction_Queuetable in B1 that are not marked to be synchronized with zed E-Commerce, as is indicated in the B1 Queue tab in the Synch Manager Synchronization screen The process of adding items to the queue within B1 queues objects that do not currently synchronize with zed E-Commerce A check in the Synch column indicates the object will be synched from B1
