Motorola TEAM WSM - Cisco Unified Communications Manager Integration Summary This setup covers the of the TEAM VoWLAN solution with a Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1.2. This integration will be a trunk-side integration. Pre-requisite Properly setup TEAM Environment (DNS, DHCP, AAA, etc) o Must have A record and PTR record for the WSM in the DNS server. WSM o Release 2.2.15 EWP o Release P1.72_REL01.34.08F-US Cisco (CUCM 5.1 +) o Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1.2 (used in this guide) Supported Features Basic Calls DID/DOD Call Forward Consultative Transfer Blind Transfer Voicemail Message Waiting Indication (MWI) Caller ID Call Hold/Resume Call Park/Retrieve Simultaneous Ringing Call Waiting Meet-me Conference Multiple Call Appearances (4)

Procedure Configuring WSM 1. In the WebNSM (open a browser and put in the IP address of the WSM), login as nsmconf and go to WSM Configuration. Click on Configuration Management WSM Configuration. 2. Verify and configure and the following parameters: SIP address-of-record the domain used for the Voice network Voice Server Security None/TCP 3. Under the External Services tab set the Voice Server host name to either the FQDN or IP address of the PBX. Set the Voice Server port to 5060. Also set the Primary AAA Server host name to the IP address of the WSM. This will use the internal AAA server in the WSM appliance. Leave the other fields default.

4. Under the WLAN Handsets tab, the PBX Type parameter is set to Cisco-Trunk. The Voice mail phone number is set to the pilot number used in the Cisco PBX. 5. Click on Push to WSM. A restart may be needed on the WSM after the push has been successful. 6. You may have to log back into the WebNSM after the push. Login as nsmserv. 7. Create users by clicking on WebNSM Provisioning. Click the Add User button on the top of the page. The required fields are in bold. Fill in the relevant information. 8. Click on the Dispatch tab and configure the relevant push-to-talk information. The click Submit.

9. Click on the Change Subscriber Password button. Select All Users in the Change Mode field. Configure a password for all the users. You may give each user a different password if desired by selecting Single User for each. This user name and password is used in the internal AA server to authenticate the users. These usernames and passwords will be configured in the phones.

Configuring the Cisco Unified Communications Manager PBX 10. Open a web browser and log into the CUCM PBX. 11. Under System, click on Enterprise Parameters. 12. Scroll down to the Clusterwide Domain Configuration section and fill in the Organizational Top Level Domain and the Cluster Fully Qualified Domain Name parameters with the domain being used.

13. Add a new trunk by going to Device and selecting Trunk. Then Click on the Add New button. 14. Fill in the following fields: Device name: WSM Device Pool: Default (or whatever device pool is being used) Call Classification: Use System Default Location: Hub_None Packet Capture Mode: None

15. Scroll down to where the Incoming Calls are configured. Set the Calling Search Space to the appropriate CSS configured in the system. If this is not set properly, then calls coming from the WSM will fail. 16. Scroll further to the SIP information and fill in the following parameters: Destination Address: 192.168.1.20 Destination Port: 5060 SIP Trunk Security Profile: Non Secure SIP Trunk Profile SIP Profile: Standard SIP Profile

17. Click Save and Apply Config when finished. 18. Verify the SIP Trunk Profile settings by going to System Security Profile SIP Trunk Security Profile. 19. Go to Call Routing and Select SIP Route Pattern. Create a SIP route pattern for Domain Routing and put in the FQDN of the WSM as shown below. For the SIP trunk, select the SIP Trunk just created for the WSM. Also make sure the correct Route Partition is set.

20. Go to Call Routing Route/Hunt Route Pattern. Create a route pattern for the number of the WSM users. If they are not consecutive numbers multiple patterns will have to be created. X represents a wild card. Fill in the Route Pattern, the Route Partition, and select the WSM SIP trunk in the Gateway/Route List field.

21. Finally, use the Motorola Provisioning Tool to provision the Motorola EWP handsets for the WLAN and username and password settings. End of Procedure
