Substance Abuse Evaluations Prevention Links offers comprehensive substance abuse evaluations to Union County School Aged Youth. The evaluations will indicate the appropriate level of care in accordance with the American Society of Addiction Medicine criteria. All students must meet the eligibility criteria described on our website at www.preventionlinks.org/treatment. All evaluations are conducted by certified addiction counselors in order to determine if an identified youth needs further substance abuse treatment. Once a treatment recommendation has been determined, Prevention Links will provide information and referral services linking the youth to the most appropriate level of care. For more information, please contact Prevention Links at (732) 381-4100 For more information or to add your service to this listing, please contact Prevention Links at (732) 381-4100 or info@preventionlinks.org Revised December 2014 2
