The Executive Dashboards The BI Executive Dashboards consist of four interactive panels that contain multiple zones: The EXECUTIVE Dashboard panel (default view) The ADMISSIONS Dashboard panel The FINANCE Dashboard panel The ENROLLMENT Dashboard panel 6
The BI Toolbar The BI Toolbar provides options to navigate through the zones, adjust the display mode, print, and export data. The recommended screen display to view all zones in one screen is 75%. The BI Toolbar Viewing Modes BI contains three modes from which you can view screen data: EXPRESS Mode INTERACTIVE Mode FLASH Mode(default) Express Mode Interactive Mode Flash Mode Flash mode allows for enhanced graphics 8
The BI Toolbar - Printing The PRINT button,, prints either the Current Layout, or All Layouts on the BI Dashboard. BI will print in PDF format and will automatically format the dashboard to fit on the page. 9
The BI Toolbar - Exporting You can export a Dashboard view to Excel, or in PDF, HTML or Flash format by selecting the EXPORT dropdown,. Select either Current Layout or All Layouts. Click OK. You will see this screen while the export loads. 10

The Admissions Dashboard The FRESHMAN Dashboard contains two main views: Admits and Conversion (Deposit/Enroll) and Freshman SAT/GPA; each with several viewing options. 21
