CCL generates over two million insurance telephone leads each year CCL s telephone lead trading operation provides personal lines insurers and brokers with the facility to monetise unfulfilled leads and to acquire real-time and accurately profiled active shopper leads. Insurance shopper contacts Insurer A who fails to sell a policy and promotes Call Connection service Shopper offered / accepts transfer to Call Connection HOW IT WORKS Insurer A gets revenue for supplying lead Call Connection profiles shopper and matches to suitable insurers Call Connection transfers shopper (with data where possible) to Insurer B Insurer B buys a highly qualified, timely lead Leads can be filtered using price parameters as well as a range of risk factors including age, postcode, vehicle type, claims history and convictions record. To date CCL has written over 70 million of GWP on behalf of its third party sales and administration clients Since 2011, CCL has provided sales fulfilment, customer service and renewal retention activity to its partners and currently handles in excess of 30,000 calls per month, delivering a highly efficient service and a very competitive CPA. These services can be integrated with any existing contact centre operation to provide additional or alternative resource. Taking inbound THIRD PARTY SALES & ADMINISTRATION calls from any source and using the insurance provider s own sales system, specially trained CCL agents attempt to sell policies, including any add-ons. Payment collection also uses the provider s own system. Call Connection can also handle broader third party policy administration work as well as MTAs and both inbound and outbound renewal campaigns. White Label Sites CCL provides white label motor insurance aggregator solutions to companies including Q4 and Bobatoo, with other sites under development.
