MedSym EHR v2.1 Providing Medical Hematology/Oncology and Multi-Specialty Software EHR & PM Solutions Improved efficiencies across all operational areas of your practice MedSym, Inc., MedSym EHR Version 2.1 is 2011/2012 compliant and has been certified by an ONC ATCB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments. MedSym EHR Version 2.1 was certified on 03/08/2011. The certification number is IG-2421-11-0031. The clinical quality measures to which MedSym EHR Version 2.1 has been certified include: NQF 0421, NQF 0013, NQF 0028, NQF 0041, NQF 0024, NQF 0038, NQF 0043, NQF 0034, and NQF 0032.

RN/Infusion Nurse: CPOE/TREATMENT PLAN Patient treatment plan built with dates of treatment, dosage, calculation method. Dates in green indicate authorization/pre-cert required and obtained. Dates in red indicate authorization/precert required and not obtained.

RN/Infusion Nurse: MAR Medical administration record (MAR) is built based on the treatment for today. Lab alerts pop up if lab values are out of range. May consult sources for additional information, dose reduction, etc.

RN/Infusion Nurse: MAR Fully documented MAR with venous access, initial line and nurse s note populated

Insurance/Billing: CLAIM Customizable procedure prompts

Insurance/Billing: ELECTRONIC REMIT Remits download from clearinghouse for electronic posting. Flags indicate partial or zero pay claims and unexpected adjudication codes

Insurance/Billing: REPORTS Sort by any column from carrier to patient to provider. Report is clickable so you may follow up on claims from the screen without printing the listing.
