We can OCR in virtually any language up to 10,000 pages per hour. CODING Hobs Legal Docs Ltd offers in house and offshore objective coding together with logical document determination (unitisation). Inhouse we can code up to 10,000 documents per week and our Offshore Partners can code up to 35,000 documents per week. Hobs Legal Docs provides a wide range of digital printing andphotocopyin g services to our clients throughout the UK and abroad. Operating a 24/7 service, we employ highly motivated and professional people, all of whom have a specialised experience and knowledge of the print industry with particular focus on the Legal market. 6 HOBS OVERVIEW COMPUTER FORENSICS Computer Forensics is the preservation, recovery and analysis of information stored on computers and electronic media. Hobs Legal Docs has in place a system for the analysis, extraction and preservation of data so that it is acceptable as evidence in court. The process of computer forensics involves investigating computer systems to determine data relevance. We investigate data storage devices; these include servers, hard drives, portable data devices, (USB Drives, External drives). As well as the obvious extraction of documents, emails, images and audio files from PCs, we are able to find and restore deleted files and logs. Examples of the types of investigations our experts carry out on a regular basis are: fraud, IP theft, computer misuse, indecent images, carousel fraud, serious & complex crime, terrorism, regulatory investigations, employment disputes, grooming, murder, hacking, bribery, insolvency investigations, execution of search and seize orders. Our aim is to: Identify sources of documentary or other digital evidence. Preserve the evidence. Analyse the evidence. Present the findings a user friendly format.

The preservation of data ensures that the integrity of the data and that the data is valid which is essential in any subsequent investigation. Hobs Legal Docs will collect the data in a forensically sound manner and produce a chain of custody. We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week with speed, flexibility and quality. We offer a worldwide service, reflecting the needs and global nature of our clients. We will operate covertly if necessary when collecting data. In some cases a full image is not required and we can carry out a targeted collection which can significantly reduce the need for processing and indeed the cost. INCIDENT RESPONSE Hobs Legal Docs are fully aware of the impact of incidents within the workplace and how time is of the essence. We also scan and code hard copy documents which can then be integrated into an electronic collection. Hobs Legal can analyse your data to give you a better idea of what you are dealing with. We quickly report back valuable information indicating volume, file types, file sizes, language types and the time and cost required to process the data. Using the best technologies, which support Unicode language characters, Hobs Legal extracts metadata from all the documents including embedded files. We then supply any requested fields considered relevant by the client and create electronic images. Our tools make available over 350 extracted fields. We can load the data into any litigation database solution, including, Concordance, CaseLogistix, Relativity, Summation, Ringtail, Autonomy Introspect etc. Large volumes of electronic data require early assessment and to this end Hobs Legal Docs has the renowned solution Clearwell which culls huge amounts of data very quickly, giving lawyers and their clients access to relevant data immediately. These solutions are supplemented by best of breed software solutions such as Equivio which can handle email threading, near duping and their amazing product Relevance which automatically prioritises documents based upon the lawyers input. SECURITY Relativity employs a highly granular security architecture that controls the user environment. Case administrators set permissions by user and user groups. Security can also be set to limit access to one document, a group of documents, data fields, redactions, highlights, annotations, TIFF on the Fly, and printing. Reviewers can be locked down by IP address, limiting access outside a controlled environment. Relativity allows the same collection of data to be viewed in a limited format for expert review or in an expanded format for the case team, eliminating the need for multiple iterations of the same database.
