COURTYARD MARRIOTT ROOF REPLACEMENT EXTERIORS Kingshill Court Apartments Below freezing temperatures caused several roof drainage pipes to back up, freeze and break at Kingshill Court Apartments. Severe water damage to the interior of each building resulted. Due to the roof drainage issue, the roof was unable to properly drain the weight of the ice and snow that had accumulated. The roof insulation compressed and forced the fasteners to protrude through the roofing membrane creating additional interior water damage to 240 units and 26 buildings.
