INTRODUCTION Wiberg Environmental Consulting LLC (WEC) is a small, woman-owned environmental consulting business (certified with the Federal Government s Central Contractor Registration as a Woman Owned Business and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a Historically Underutilized Business) based in Dallas, Texas. What makes us different is our combination of industry and consulting experience. WEC specializes in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; asbestos inspections, remedial actions; waste management; permitting and registration; and regulatory compliance. Our staff has managed hundreds of projects ranging from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to compliance audits. WEC personnel have extensive experience working with Texas Department of State Health Services and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). In particular, WEC staff has investigated and closed many sites under the TCEQ Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP). WEC is committed to providing our clients with unparalleled consulting services. KEY PERSONNEL Jennifer Wiberg, President Ms. Jennifer Wiberg has more than 13 years of experience in the environmental industry. As the Environmental Services Manager of a consulting company in Dallas, Ms. Wiberg managed a diverse client portfolio totaling 2 million dollars of annual revenue. She also supervised and mentored a staff of ten professionals, from field technicians to project managers. Ms. Wiberg has managed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) as well as numerous Phase II ESAs, response actions, and groundwater monitoring projects; conducted compliance audits; prepared storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP); and provided oversight on asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, inspection, and OSHA air monitoring projects. Ms. Wiberg also conducted asbestos inspections and prepared Operations and Maintenance Plans and asbestos abatement specifications. As the Environmental Systems Program Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Ms. Wiberg managed environmental projects and programs at Customer Service Centers (CSC) throughout North America; developed and conducted training programs on asbestos, mold, storm water, and pollution prevention awareness; conducted environmental audits and inspections at the CSCs; and managed environmental consultants performing storm water, air, underground storage tank, and asbestos projects at CSCs. Ms. Wiberg also acted as the interface between the CSCs and the regulatory agencies in dealing with all aspects of environmental permitting and compliance including penalty mediation. Ms. Wiberg has a Master of Applied Geography Degree specializing in Environmental Resource Management from Texas State University.
