Create Email Signature for the Scott County Family Y This document details the procedure for creating the Y logo ed email signature for each of the email clients used at the Scott County Family Y Use the email signature style guide along with these instructions to create the tailored signature for your email. This guide covers the New email message signature. For reply mail signature see the style guide. Select New signature and name it New and logo color Example New Green Set the font to Verdana and font size to 11 Page 7 of 33 version 1
Click into the edit window and right click paste Edit the information in the edit box to your requirements you can delete unneeded lines. Edit carefully and be sure you do not lose your line spacing and colors. Page 8 of 33 version 1
When finished use the drop down menu on the right to select your new signature. Ok out to your mail Outlook window. You can repeat the steps to add additional color signatures to be able to select when desired. Create a new email to send to Frank IV to have your signature checked. Page 9 of 33 version 1

Carefully make the changes to the FULL NAME Branch name areas Be careful not to delete or overwrite the <> tags Delete the extra lines being careful not the delete the color statement When you have typed all the information in Click edit Select all Then Edit Copy Page 23 of 33 version 1

Login to your gmail email account Click on settings then on Labs Scroll down the labs page until you find the Default Text Styling and enable the lab. Page 30 of 33 version 1
Click save at bottom of page Go back into your Settings and in the General tab under the default text style Select the Verdana font. Page 31 of 33 version 1
Scroll down to your signature, click in the edit window and paste your desired signature in the window. Edit the lines with your signature information Click save changes on the bottom of the page Page 32 of 33 version 1
