Documented personal time spent working on projects as well and documented the time allocated by the developers to produce the assets needed for each stage of the development. Managed the filing and categorization of Project Management documentation with Basecamp Involved in the creative development Email Campaigns for Centrum, Chapstick & Children s Advil. Helped develop concepts for Facebook jpg posts to market brands to their fans (Conversation Calendars) Updating technical documentation for honeywell.com s Mobile Web requirements. Planned project execution by setting up each task in a to-do list utilizing Basecamp. Asset delivery was prepared using Power Point to demonstrate the usage of each asset. Items needed by the development team was created in JIRA and converted into to do tasks in house. Monitored and managed the updates of a master PDF that contained all of the changes. Prepared Statement of Work worked with the Board of Directors so that all the features and functionality they wanted would be implemented into the new site. Once all requirements were gathered, developed documentation for Project Scope, Cost Management. Plan and overall Project Management Plan as well as other important documentation. Maintained Project Management documentation utilizing Google Docs. Utilized MS Project for project management, project workbook, and schedule development.
