Migrating from an older plugin version If you were using an older plugin: You have to keep the old plugin while you configure the new one. You will have to remove the API logins you have filled in Lengow (https://solution.lengow.com/marketplace/commandes/all/?type=importmagento) the time you configure the new data feed. Once your new data feed is configured, send it to your Lengow account manager and/or the support team. We will tell you if the feed is well configured and you will be able to delete the old plugin version. You will then be able to add your new Magento API logins within the solution. Warning: migrating from an older plugin to the new one implies a data feed structure change. Lengow matches your most important fields (price, description, product ID, title ) but all field attributes cannot be matched automatically. Thus, you will have to check your feeds field matching and check the optimisations you have previously done. You must imperatively inform the support team if you update your Magento plugin from the version 1.4 to the plugin version 1.5. You will also have to send us the new data feed URL. 8. Advanced used of the plugin If you have a multi site version of Magento, and if you want to generate a specific feed for a marketplace, here are few examples of advanced used of the plugin 8.1 Managing the feeds with GET parameters Sometimes merchants want to export one data feed per marketplace. According to the marketplace, merchants will need to export all products or available products or only products with variations.
In this case, we will use the GET parameters to manage the several data feeds. Thus you will not have to edit/change your configuration nor create specific URLs for each data feed. To use a specific data feed, simply replace the data feed URL by: http://www.mywebsiteurl.com/?parametre=value 8.1.1 Product types Like in the back office configuration, you will be able to determine which product types you want to export, to do so, use the parameter types : Available values are: 'simple (products without variations) configurable, simple (products with and without variations) configurable (products with variations) E.g.: to export only simple products, your URL is: http://www.mywebsiteurl.com/?types =simple 8.1.2 Feed format You can also define a specific file format. Use the mode parameter in your URL. Available values are: csv xml E.g.: to generate a csv feed: http://www.mywebsiteurl.com/?mode=csv Please note that you can combine parameters in your URL: http://www.mywebsiteurl.com/? mode=csv&types=simple 8.1.3 Other parameters You can export a specific number of products for a single partner, and all products to another partner, to do so you can use the parameters limit and offset in the feed URL. If you are not familiar with these parameters, you can find some information online (SQL specialized websites). 8.1.3.1 Limit This parameter limits the number of entries on any given page. The limit will default to 100 entries if a value is not specified. limit= 200 to export the first 200 products. 8.1.3.2 Offset This parameter offsets the display by X number of entries. For example, if you want to show all entries except the three latest ones, you would do this: offset= 3 Toujours sur votre export classique qui renvoi 500 produits, si vous utilisez offset à 200 et limit à 100 le flux n'exportera que 100 produits à partir du 200éme produit. If
you have 500 products in your export catalogue, you only want to export 100 products from the 200th product, you can set up offset to 200 and limit to 100. 8.2 Full and heavy exports Some product catalogues are very heavy and they cannot be loaded by our servers (we have a time out of 180 sec). If your feed is very long to load, it is recommended to save the feed instead of displaying it. Select the option (explained above) and generate the feed manually with a browser. Once the feed is generated, you will not see it on your screen but you will see a message like CSV save at /chemin/vers/magento/media/lengow/default/lengow_feed.csv Use the part following /media ( /media must be included) to have your data feed URL. This data feed URL will have to be sent to Lengow. You can then generate a cron task that will call this script, through a curl for instance. 8.3 Multi-site management 8.3.1 Configuration Multi-site management uses the classic Magento process. On the page Système > Configuration use the left hand corner menu Portée de la configuration to specify the store concerned by the changes. It is very important to well configure your groups in Lengow in order to have one store per Lengow group. You can also edit the feed/order configuration per store. 8.3.2 Use To define a specific data feed for a specific store, use a link like the one below : http://www.domain-name.com/lengow/export_flux/index/store/{storeid} You can also use the GET parameters detailed previously.
