The equipment features are state-of-the-art technical solutions and functionality suitable for the most critical applications. Key functions start, stop and control of motor rotation frequency; acceleration and deceleration ramps including S-shaped ramps; reversal; acceleration, decreasing, stop; protection of the motor overcurrent, overload protection lift operation at fixed speeds, capability of universal setting to the lift VSD (variable speed drives) and integration with lift control systems used for an old housing stock; saving control configuration of motor; dynamic braking of motor; operation mode «Evacuation»; operation mode «Short floor»; operation mode «Inspection»; braking unit control support; motor contactor control; vector control with and without speed feedback. 1.1

Key functions start, stop and control of motor rotation frequency; acceleration and braking ramps including S-shaped ramps; reversal; acceleration, decreasing, stop; protection of the motor overcurrent, overload protection; motor control by external 2-wire and 3-wire sensors; saving control configuration of motor; dynamic braking of motor; simultaneous control of five motors («Cascade controller» macros); automatic control of technology process by closed-loop system principle using built-in PID-controller; operation of asynchronous motor by custom preset diagram in automatic or manual mode. 2.1

Line H Application Triol AT24 VFD Line H is a multifunction system that provides control of asynchronous electric pumps for various purposes. This Line can be used to solve multiple issues that require use of equipment in difficult conditions with maximum protection. Key functions Н/380 V start, stop and control the rotation frequency of pump s motor; acceleration and braking with assigned rates; reversal; acceleration, decreasing, stop; protection of the motor against overcurrent, overload protection; motor control by external 2-wire and 3-wire sensors; saving control configuration of motor; dynamic braking of motor; control five motors at the same time («Cascade controller» macros); automatic control of technology processes by closed-loop system principle using built-in PID-controller; automatically restart asynchronous motor after supply voltage failure or after special emergencies of motor (customized emergencies); operation of asynchronous motor by custom preset diagram in automatic or manual mode. Additional equipment This chapter contains information about the following additional units: unit for connection an incremental encoder Triol ENCO2; unit for connection an absolute encoder Triol ENCO3. Triol ENCO2 unit is intended for connection of incremental angular converters (encoders) to Triol AT24 VFD s. Plug-in unit Triol ENCO2 also can be applied to improve the operation safety of mechanics by controlling: exceeding of preset speed; backspin rotation. Triol ENCO2 unit provides: resistance to interferences with the use of built-in electrically isolated supply unit of encoder 5 V 200 ma; support of operation with different output signals types of encoder (open collector, open emitter, standard TTL and HTL, differential pair); capability of work with different levels of output encoder signals. Triol ENCO3 unit is intended for connection of incremental angular converters (encoders) to Triol AT24 VFD s of all the lines, except pump application (vector control of asynchronous motor is not used). Triol ENCO3 unit provides: resistance to interference with the use of built-in electrically isolated supply unit of encoder 5 V 200 ma; support of operation with absolute encoders via EnDat v2.0 and EnDat v2.1 protocols; adjustment of interface long-haul line with the use of built-in 120 Ohm resistors.
