Terms and Conditions for the Quiz Competition (hereinafter referred Competition ) The Competition is organized by Jump Games Private Limited having its registered office at 4 th Floor, Maruti Chambers, 49/50. Veera Desai Extension Road, Off New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400 053 and inter alia its corporate office at 401, Level 4, Infiniti Mall, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400 053, (hereinafter referred to as the Jump Games or Organizer ) for Subscribers of Vodafone India Limited, Vodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone South Limited, Vodafone Gujarat Limited, Vodafone East Limited, Vodafone Digilink Limited, Vodafone Cellular Limited, Vodafone Spacetel Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as Vodafone ). This Competition is available to all GPRS Subscribers in the Vodafone telecom Circle as is listed in point [ ] herein having a valid prepaid or postpaid cellular mobile connection (hereinafter referred to as Subscribers ) of Vodafone; subject to the terms and conditions of the Competition Duration of Competition: From (00 Hrs) September 7 th 2012 to, 11:59 Hrs, 18th September 2012 (both days inclusive) ( Term of the Competition ). 1) Competition will be available subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as Terms ). The Subscribers agree to abide by these Terms & conditions in its entirety. If any Subscriber does not agree to any of the Terms, such Subscriber shall not participate in Competition. Organiser reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time, without notice. 2) To participate in the Competition, the Subscriber should have to subscribe for Re. 1 Store service made available through Vodafone Live portal and thereafter, answer ONE SET of five questions available on Games Link of the Vodafone Live portal. The participating Subscribers answering the maximum number of questions correctly during the Term of the Competition shall be eligible to be selected as the winner, subject to condition that the participating Subscriber duly complies with all the conditions as mentioned herein. 3) If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful & genuine Subscriber of Vodafone, Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize (defined below) to the next eligible winner or to forfeit the prize, at its /their sole discretion. 4) Competition is valid only for Vodafone Subscribers who are: (i) eighteen (18) years of age or above; (ii) Active, existing & New Subscribers; (iii) Neither prosecuted nor convicted for committing any criminal offence or abetment thereof; (iv) Not suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court etc; (v) Not have any outstanding dues payable to Vodafone on account of the mobile connection. (vi) Should have a GPRS connection during the Term of the Competition. (vii) Should be having a legally valid Passport. 5) Employees and relatives of Organiser and Vodafone will not be eligible to participate in Competition. Prizes for the Competition:

The selected winner would need to produce their passport along with the letter issued by the Organiser to collect the ticket from Sri Lanka. Organiser will provide a letter of Authority to the winners which will have to be produced to avail the match tickets. 6) The selection of the winner for the match tickets will be carried out by Independent Agency / Auditor and shall be informed. The Subscribers with the maximum Downloads & correct answers during the tenure of the Duration of Competition would be declared as Winner by an Independent Agency / Auditor appointed by Organiser. 7) The Winner shall be chosen by the Independent Agency / Auditor and the decision of the Independent Agency / Auditor shall be final and binding on all the participants of the Competition. 8) Each Subscriber shall become eligible to win Match Tickets for Single Match and any Subscriber shall not be allowed match tickets for multiple matches i.e Tickets more than once during the Term of the Competition. 9) The value of the Prizes shall be decided by the Organiser and only the Organizer has the right to modify, at their sole discretion and the same shall be final & binding on the Winning Subscriber. For the purpose of clarification and avoidance of doubt, Prize does not include any personal expenses incurred by the winner and the winner shall be solely responsible for all the expenses whether additional or incidental, required to be incurred to avail his/her winning Prize. 10) The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner shall include the following (the document list is only indicative and not exhaustive) and organizers, at their sole discretion may insist on such further proof as it may deem fit: a. Identity Proof b. Address Proof c. Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations etc. in the manner prescribed. d. Submission of acknowledgement letter (as per the format that shall be provided by Organizer) on receipt of the Prize(s) e. Pan Card copy If the Winners are unable to provide the required documents, the Prizes shall be declared to next shortlisted Participants. 11) No substitution or exchange of the Prize shall be allowed.
12) However, the Organizer reserve the right to substitute and/ or change the Terms and/ or Prize, without any prior intimation or notice to the participants and/ or winner as the case may be. 13) The Organizer & Vodafone shall not be liable for any delay or loss that may occur in the delivery of the Prize. 14) Organiser shall provide the Prizes to the winner and shall issue a letter to the selected winner asking them to collect the Tickets from Authorised Personnel of Organiser as stated in the letter. The selected winner shall personally travel at the specified location to collect the tickets in Sri Lanka and carry all the documents for claiming winning prize. Organiser will provide a letter of Authority to the winners which will have to be produced to avail the match tickets. Winners shall be solely liable to bear all the costs that are incurred by him / her, in collecting / availing the Winning Prize. All persons shall be entitled to participate in the Competition. If, in any State and/or territory and / or Circle of Vodafone or part thereof, the running of the Competition is prohibited, the Subscribers from such State and/or territory and / or Circle or part thereof shall not be eligible to participate in the Competition. No further notice shall be given by the Organisers, in this regard. 15) Competition is valid subject to the winner complying with all Terms and Conditions contained herein, as required by the Organizer. Any failure on the part of the participant to comply with the any specified Terms & conditions contained herein, shall disqualify such participant. 16) Competition is subject to applicable laws and guidelines/ directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ( TRAI ), Department of Telecom (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time. 17) Organizer reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, post pone, change, alter or modify Competition or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the participant. 18) The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Prize shall not constitute any claim against Vodafone or Organiser. 19) This Competition is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Organizer. Organizer & Vodafone shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 20) Organizer & Vodafone shall not be responsible for any SMS message delivery failures, for any lost, late or misdirected network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. 21) The Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash
alternative. Organizer reserve the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value, at any time. 22) The Organizer and Vodafone are neither responsible nor guarantee the quality of the goods / services being provided as prizes nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under the Competition. 23) There shall be no roll-over of prizes in case the winner/s is/are not eligible. A subscriber shall not be considered eligible if he/she does not conform to the Terms and conditions as stipulated above. 24) Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free Prize, which shall be solely borne by the Organiser for the all Prizes. 25) The Organiser will be requisitioned to pay for the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable for all Prizes on winners behalf and the TDS amount (if any) shall be borne by Organiser for Prizes. 26) Organizer will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or in Collecting Winning Prizes / Match Tickets. 27) Winners shall be intimated by the Organizer directly. Organizer shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conducting Competition and grant of Prizes from any person, whatsoever. 28) Apart from the entitlement to the Prize, the Winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against the Organizer and / or Vodafone. 29) In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Competition, the decision of Independent Agency / Auditor and Organizer shall be final and binding on all concerned. 30) These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India.
