1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEND MONEY TO BANK ACCOUNT CONTEST PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS SEND MONEY TO BANK ACCOUNT CONTEST (ALSO REFERRED TO AS CONTEST ). BY PROCEEDING WITH SENDING MONEY THROUGH THE SEND MONEY TO BANK ACCOUNT SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IN SENDING MONEY THROUGH THE SEND MONEY TO BANK ACCOUNT SERVICE. TERMS: This Contest is conceptualized, organized and conducted by Airtel M Commerce Services Limited (AMSL), a company having its registered office at Bharti Crescent, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, Phase II, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as AMSL or Airtel Money or Organizer ) for a limited time period from 10 th October :00:01 hrs till 15 th November :59:59 hrs for all Airtel Money (existing and new) customers of the following Airtel Money circles: Circles DELHI UTTAR-PRADESH-WEST UTTAR-PRADESH-EAST PUNJAB HARYANA HIMACHAL PRADESH JAMMU & KASHMIR KARNATAKA ANDHRA PRADESH KERALA MUMBAI MAHARASTRA GUJARAT MADHYA PRADESH RAJASTHAN KOLKATA WEST BENGAL ORISSA BIHAR NESA A customer, by sending money through the send money to bank account service hereby agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the process of selecting the winners

2 as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Contest by the Organizer due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of Airtel Money, its affiliates and associates. The Contest is available in the below mentioned languages: English & Hindi Also, by participating in this Contest, you: Warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions. Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and correctness of all information that you may have submitted. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website at the following address: By participating in the Contest, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Procedure and Eligibility to Participate: This Challenge is valid for persons who fulfil the following criteria: The participant must be of 18 years of age and/or above. He/she must be a citizen of India. Existing or new Airtel Money customers. He/she must not have any been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind. He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship. Further, the participant / winner should be the registered Airtel Money wallet holder and not merely the player using such Airtel Money wallet. If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the subscriber of the Airtel Money wallet, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winners or to forfeit the prize, at its sole discretion. 1. To Participate: (a) To participate in this Contest the customer needs to successfully send minimum of Rs 500/- to a bank account through the send money to bank account service on the USSD menu of airtel money. (c) If any customer sends money to a bank account more than once through the send money to bank account service through the Contest period he/she will become eligible only for the first transaction done. B. Charging There will be no subscription charges.

Prizes and Winner Selection process: Daily Prize: Two customers across all the circle-group can win the Daily Prize of cashback on the money sent to the bank account subject to a maximum cashback of Rs 3000/-.The winning Airtel Money customer will be removed from the list of eligible participants for the daily prize from the next day onwards. At the end of each day during the Contest time period, the winners shall be randomly selected by a computer program from the total number of participants in the Contest. 3. The prizes offered in this Contest will be sponsored and distributed by the Organizer /designated third party. The prize/s will be in the form of a cashback and will be credited to the Airtel Money account through which the transaction has been made. 4. All prizes will be given after deducting various taxes, license fees and charges as applicable. 5. After the selection and validation of the winners of the above mentioned prizes, the winners will be contacted, through SMS or calls, and will be informed about the winning. In case required, the winner should be able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the subscriber of the Airtel Money wallet.the participants agree that there shall be no liability on the Organizer in the event such message does not reach such participants on any account whatsoever. In the event that any of the winners cannot be reached or are ineligible or are disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize/s at its sole discretion. 6. To be eligible to claim the prizes of the Contest, the winning Airtel Money wallet have to be an active subscribers of Airtel Money. 7. Organizer reserves the right to provide alternate prizes. 8. This Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary, and subject to the applicable terms and conditions. 9. By entering the Contest, you confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and you agree to receive promotional messages from Airtel/ Airtel Money, as they may in their sole and absolute discretion decide. 10. Participants can contact Airtel Money helpline (121) regarding any queries/complaints pertaining to the Contest on all working days. Alternatively, participants may send an to 121@airtelmoney.in during the same time on all working days. All disputes must be addressed by the participant in writing to Airtel Money. 11. By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the following information relating to them to be exchanged between Airtel Money, and their concerned vendors and/or published or otherwise

4 communicated to in any media that the Organizer/s may deem fit, for the purpose of winner announcement: name, mobile phone number, score and/or photograph. 12. The participant, acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content/website and all material or content related to the Contest shall remain, at all times, owned by Airtel Money/ their respective owners. All material and content contained in this website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on this website and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited. 13. The participants shall not have the right to claim any damages, loss or costs from Airtel Money for delay in delivery of the prize(s) on any grounds whatsoever. 14. Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED by Airtel Money including, but not limited to, meeting of the participant's requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of any Contest, or the delivery, quality benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Contest or any transactions effected through the Contest ; (b) The Participant expressly agrees that his/her participation in the Contest offered by the Organizer is at the Participant's sole risk and is governed by the Terms and Conditions herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the website or through the Contest shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind by the Organizer. 15. The prize(s) under this Contest is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner. 16. The prize(s) to the winners shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/processes/formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by the Organizer before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winners to comply with directions issued by the Organizer for claim of prize shall entitle the Organizer to forfeit the prize(s) or roll the prize over to the next eligible winner, at their sole discretion A participant shall be considered ineligible if he/she does not conform to the conditions as stipulated in these terms and conditions, or cannot provide any of the required documents as required by the Organizer. 18. The Organizer, at its sole discretion, may or may not provide an alternative to any of the prizes being offered in this Contest. 19. All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the participant. 20. The list of winners of the prizes will be announced on and also on the facebook page of Airtel.

The employees of Airtel Money and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to win any of the prizes offered in this Contest This Contest cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion. 23. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of airtel money. 24. The decision of the Organizer in respect of all transactions under this Contest shall be final and binding. 25. Airtel Money shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of Airtel Money. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Airtel Money shall be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during or after the completion of the Contest including but not limited to any technical failures in the mobile connectivity, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct Contest updates or any failures arising out of technical snags. 26. The participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Airtel Money and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or indirect or remote that you may / might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of this Contest. 27. Airtel Money or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), by a participant and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prizes offered in this Contest. 28. Airtel Money reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms & Conditions and prizes at their sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Participant. You are therefore advised to check this website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these terms and conditions. 29. The Contest may use sub-contractors / 3 rd party vendors to execute certain tasks associated with this Contest. 30. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any participant who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Contest. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of Laws and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law. 32. The Organizer does not make any commitment, express or implied to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the participants. 33. The Organizer officials including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of the Contest. 34. The provisions of this Contest and any other promotional endeavour may not be used for any commercial purpose by any person. 35. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.
