1 Terms & Conditions Governing UOB Income Builder Dreams Promotion (6 July August 2015) ( Promotion ) 1. Introduction 1.1 The Promotion shall commence from 06 July 2015 to 02 August 2015 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ). 2. Prizes 2.1 S$20,000 worth of units in Unit Trust under the UOB Income Builder Solution ( Top Prize ) Subject to these terms and conditions, three participants may each win the Top Prize. 2.2 S$1,000 worth of units in Unit Trust under the Income Builder Solution ( Second Prize ) Subject to these terms and conditions, ten participants may each win the Second Prize. (each a Prize, and collectively the Prizes ). Winners can have the option of choosing one out of the three Unit Trust funds from the UOB Income Builder Solution, subject to clause Eligibility 3.1 Participate in the Promotion and stand a chance to win a Prize by: Submitting your Dream ( Dream Submission ) at uobdream.com.sg during the Promotion Period; Sharing your Dream Submission on your Facebook account via the Facebook Connect App; and/or Successfully voting for a Dream (that was submitted pursuant to Clause above) during the Promotion Period. Any incomplete or inaccurate Dreams Submission will be disqualified for the Promotion.

2 3.1.4 The Top Prize will be determined by the highest number of votes (50% from the public votes and 50% from UOB (to be determined at UOB s sole discretion)) The top 10 submissions with the highest public votes after the Promotion Period will be judged by UOB (to be determined at UOB s sole discretion) to award the remaining 50% votes. After which, the top 3 submissions with the highest number of votes (from public votes and UOB will win the Top Prize) The Second Prize will be determined by a lucky draw ( Voting Draw ) amongst all participants who had voted pursuant to Clause above The result of the winners will be published and can be found at uobdream.com.sg, and the winners will be notified through at the address indicated via their Facebook connect app or registration Each participant is only eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Promotion Period, irrespective of the number of times the participant submits his/her Dream during the Promotion Period All winners will have to go through a risk assessment by a UOB Banker prior to receiving his/her Prize. If his/her risk profile does not qualify for the Prize, he/she can choose to redeem the Prize (subject to market conditions), or hold on to the Prize without being able to top up additional units in Unit Trust. There will be no sales charge for the awarding of and redemption of the Prize. If the winners choose to redeem the Prize, the amount of redemption proceeds depends on the prevailing market conditions and can be less than the initial investment amount UOB reserves the right to replace and/or substitute any of the Prizes under the Promotion with another prize of similar value without giving prior notice or reason If UOB subsequently discover that the winner is not eligible to receive the Prize, UOB may at its sole and absolute discretion forfeit the Prize or reclaim it (if already awarded) and award or dispose of the Prize in such manner and to such person as UOB deems fit without payment or compensation whatsoever. Such determination shall be final, binding and conclusive and UOB is not obliged to give any reason.

Participation and Personal Data 4.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and decisions of UOB by these terms and conditions contained herein, and by any other applicable terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing will result in a disqualification from the Promotion. 4.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by the UOB for announcing or publicizing the winners of uobdream.com.sg, contacting the participant regarding the foregoing, and all purposes and promotions in connection with and/or incidental to the Promotion. In addition, by participating in this Promotion participants are deemed to have given express consent to the disclosure of the participant s personal data to any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draws for purposes of the Draws. The failure of any participant to comply with this clause shall result in his/her disqualification as a winner and to receive the Prize. 4.3 The winner(s) will be contacted via the at the address indicated via their Facebook connect app or registration, and would need to provide written consent upon redemption of the prize to expressly consent to UOB using the name, identification/ passport number, pictures/ photographs of the winner(s) and such other information (as deemed necessary by UOB) for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and the winner(s) agree to cooperate with UOB for its publicity purpose without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as UOB deems fit. 4.4 UOB does not claim ownership of any content that participants post in connection with the Dream Submission and/or the Promotion (as set out in Clause 3.1). Participants grant UOB a non-exclusive, fully paid and royaltyfree, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use any content that participants post in connection with the Dream Submission and/or the Promotion. 4.5 Participants represent and warrant that: each of the participants own the content posted by such participant in connection with the Dream Submission and/or the Promotion (as set out in Clause 3.1) or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these terms and conditions; the posting and use of content in connection with the Dream Submission and/or the Promotion (as set out in Clause 3.1) does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party,

4 including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; and participants agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed (if any) by reason of content posted in connection with the Dream Submission and/or the Promotion (as set out in Clause 3.1). 5. General 5.1 All participants must be at least 21 years old and domiciled in Singapore, and have the legal right and capacity to enter into these terms and conditions. 5.2 Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible participants: Directors or employees/ staff of UOB or any of UOB s subsidiaries, during the Promotion Period (as defined above) and their respective immediate family members; Employees and staff of any auditors, advertising agency, promotion agencies and/or other persons involved (directly or indirectly) in organizing, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion and their family members; Persons who during the Promotion Period are or have become mentally incapacitated, deceased, insolvent or who face legal incapacity; and/or Persons who during the Promotion Period face legal proceedings of any nature or have any legal proceedings of any nature threatened against them. 5.3 UOB shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever to any person in connection with the Promotion howsoever arising, including any error in allocating chances or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post. 5.4 UOB reserves the right at its reasonable discretion, without giving prior notice, to unilaterally terminate the Promotion and Voting Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time, including, without limitation, the eligibility criteria, the date of the Voting Draw, the Prizes for the Promotion and Voting Draw and the selection of the winners of the Promotion and Voting Draw. 5.5 The decisions of UOB on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding. UOB shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter

5 into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Promotion. 5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, publicity, brochure, marketing or promotion material or other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 5.7 While all information provided herein is believed to be correct and reliable at the time of publishing or posting online, UOB makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or reliability for its completeness or accuracy. 5.8 The Voting Draw is authorized under the Singapore Lucky Draw reference number LD/841/ A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any term of such agreement These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and all parties shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
