Thomas A. Musi, Jr. is a founding member of the firm and a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He attended Malvern Preparatory School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is a cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law. Tom is also a member of the Phi Alpha Beta Honor Society, the Widener University School of Law Alumni Board, and the Justinian Society. WILLIAM E. MALONE, JR. is a founding member of the firm and a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Malone was on the Board of the School s Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. RICHARD C. DAUBENBERGER has been with the firm since 2001 and a partner since 2002. Mr. Daubenberger concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense, specializing in drug and narcotic cases. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Rich was involved with the Drug Task Force as well as Project Cease Fire, a joint effort with the United States Attorneys Office. Project Cease Fire involves imposing federal mandatory minimum sentences for violent offenders and/or drug offenders who possess firearms. Rich also served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Wright in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Daubenberger received his Bachelor of Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude, specializing in public speaking. Rich received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Criminal Law Society. He previously worked for the Bergen County Public Defender s Office, the United States Attorney s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Delaware County District Attorney s Office before entering private practice. STEVEN M. PACILLIO has been with the firm since 2002 and a partner since 2006. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he took second place in the Gourley National Moot Court competition and served on the Library & Technology Committee of the Faculty Advisory Board. One year after graduating, he was awarded the Outstanding Young Alumni Award by the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Pacillio currently sits on the Alumni Board of Managers of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pacillio left a career in the Information Technology field, where he specialized in computer design, network implementation and network security. Before joining MM&D, Steve served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, Pennsylvania for over four years. He handled cases in the District Courts, Summary Appeals, the Juvenile Division, Drug Court and the Criminal Trial Division. He was a founding member and lead prosecutor for the County s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, one of only thirty-five such task forces under a nationwide grant from the U.S. Department of Justice. The task force prosecuted Internet solicitation and child pornography cases. Additionally, he headed up the Insurance Fraud Unit and Auto Theft Prevention Unit under grants from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pacillio is an active member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association. He has written extensively in the area of Computer Crimes and delivered seminars to members of the bench and fellow members of the bar, nationwide. Steve has also served as a consultant and expert witness in litigation matters involving advanced technology. In addition to his extensive experience with complex and technical cases, Steve is also certified as a healthcare provider by the Pennsylvania Department of Health - Division of Emergency Medical Services and assists the firm in medical documentation review.

C. CURTIS NORCINI is the managing attorney of the West Chester office, received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from West Chester University and Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Norcini began his career as an Attorney and Account Supervisor for the Municipal Tax Bureau in Philadelphia County. In 1995, he joined the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender. There he was a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney for both adult and juvenile clientele. Currently, Curt acts as general counsel for a large Information Technology Company. At MM&D he is a general practitioner concentrating in juvenile and adult criminal defense litigation. Curt is a conflict attorney to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Curt is the President of the West Chester University Alumni Association. Mr. Norcini has been with the firm since 1996.

Erica Marchetti Burry grew up in Delaware County and currently resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2001 from West Chester University with a concentration in psychology and was also inducted as a member of the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society. Erica received her Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2004. While attending Villanova University, Erica was an active member of the Criminal Justice Society as well as the Environmental Law Club. Erica also is an accomplished dancer having performed around the country winning numerous awards. She currently continues to teach dance on a regular basis. After law school, Erica began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she litigated motions as well as numerous jury and bench trials. Erica also spent time practicing civil litigation specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice as an associate with Anthony Reagoso, P.C., and began practicing Workers Compensation Law as an associate with Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, LLP. Erica is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Currently, Erica is an associate at MM&D where she concentrates her practice in Workers Compensation. LUCAS A. CLARK, IV is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. Luke attended high school at The Haverford School in Haverford, Pennsylvania. In 2005, Luke graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science. During college, in addition to his membership in the Pre-Law Society and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Luke worked for the County of Delaware in various legal capacities. Luke received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2009. Throughout his law school career, Luke was employed at MM&D as a paralegal, responsible for assisting with a variety of legal matters with a concentration in family law.
