Welcome to UNCSA s My Policy Portal. Here you will find key university policies that require your review. This tool assists in recording the acceptance of updated and newly developed policies. Using this service, you are able to keep up to date on policies which guide your day to day activities within the university community. Connecting to Solo through E-Z Arts Web Services To connect to Solo, go to E-Z ARTS Web Services at https://ssbprod-uncsa.uncecs.edu/pls/ncsaprod/twbkwbis.p_genmenu?name=homepage from within your web browser. Click the Enter Secure Area link. Enter your ID and PIN, and then click the Login button. Click on the Employee tab and then click the Policy Review and Acceptance via SOLO link.
The UNCSA Services Site (Entering Solo) Solo is the UNCSA service site providing single login access to web applications such as My Policy Portal. Enter your Username and Password to log into Solo. Enter the username and password, and then click the Login link or click <ENTER>. Once you are logged in, you will see a user menu. To the left, click the My Policy Portal link. Click this link to access My Policy Portal.
My Policy Portal My Policy Portal allows you to review the school policies. The page is divided into three sections: Getting Started, Policy Review, and Policy Summary. Step 1: Turn off Pop-Up Block for this site. Step 2: Click the Ready to Review button. Step 3: Click the Policy Review Complete button. User Registration (Creating Your User Account) From the Solo main page, click the New User link. (Temporary employees must request an account from the system administrator. Please contact hunts@uncsa.edu for help.) To create a user account, click the New User link. Once you click New User, it takes you to the following page to select the type of account you are trying to create: Select UNCSA Employee and then click the Next button.

Login Help (Retrieving Your Login Credentials) If you forget your username and/or password, you can retrieve your login credentials by clicking the Login Help link. If you forgot your login information, click the Login Help link. We recommend using Personal Information to retrieve your login information:
The following page appears. Select UNCSA Employee and click the Next button. Complete the information and click the Finish button. You should receive the login information through the e-mail account on record. If you don t get the message through e-mail, contact hunts@uncsa.edu for assistance.
Adding Solo to the Pop-Up Blocker Allowed Sites List in Internet Explorer From the Settings menu, click the Internet Options menu item. The Internet Options dialog appears. Click the Settings button in the Pop-up Blocker section. The Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog appears. Enter services.uncsa.edu in the Address of website to allow field and click the Add button. The site then appears in the list of Allowed sites. Click the Close button for the Pop-up Blocker Setting dialog. Then click the OK button for the Internet Options dialog. From the Firefox menu, click the Options Options menu item. The Options dialog appears. Click the Exceptions button in the Block pop-up windows section. The Allowed Sites Pop-ups dialog appears. Enter services.uncsa.edu in the Address of website field and click the Allow button. The site then appears in the Site list. Click the Close button for the Allowed Sites Pop-ups dialog. Then click the OK button for the Options dialog. Click the Exceptions button to open the Allowed Sites Pop-ups dialog.
