Concept Kamala Bay combines the natural beauty of the site with a stylish, contemporary architectural design. At the heart of each home is the spacious living and entertaining area which can be opened up entirely to the outdoor terrace and private infinity pool. Shaded and open to sea breezes, dramatic views make this the perfect place to relax. Indoors, a contemporary island kitchen with stunning views over the living area and terrace is a special place for entertaining. There are four designs of home which share a contemporary style and approach to tropical living. With at least three bedrooms, they have space for guests whilst being flexible in use. One or more rooms can be configured as a wine-cellar, maid s room, lockable storeroom, study, games room or guest bedroom.
Apartment A A three-bedroom duplex apartment of 260m 2 featuring a 22m 2 infinity pool and jacuzzi. This apartment represents an effective use of space, and an attractive investment opportunity. Garden Apartments The entrance to the Garden Apartment is on the upper level, descending through a double-height void to the living area and terrace. With an island kitchen at the back overlooking the terrace, this is the perfect place to relax. The ground-floor bedroom overlooks the pool and opens onto the terrace. From the entrance a large pivot door opens onto the lotus pool which separates the two wings. On the left is the guest wing, on the right is the living area. Inside, the master suite overlooks the infinity pool, and there are three further bedrooms plus a fourth flexible room in the guest wing. Penthouse Apartments The Penthouse apartments share their layout with the Garden Aparments, reversed to maintain privacy, and slightly smaller.
