Objectives 7 2 3 Objectives This course provides all the information that the trainees need to know about 1 voice and video over IP networks beginning from the traditional Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems migrating towards the advanced IP-PBX systems and collaboration networks. The course progresses from a simple first configuration onto voice and video over IP networks and PSTN integration along with the provision of unified communication features. The concept of unified communication is explained with how to implement and configure.
